I visit this store multiple times a week and the entire staff is always so helpful and friendly. Yesterday I pulled up as it was storming which a truck load of packages that were getting soaked . Mrs. Farida was so kind to spend nearly 30 minutes helping me dry each package and hand write the tracking numbers on each box incase the labels I printed at home tore off the boxes. Thank you so much Farida.

So much better than the GOVERNMENT operated USPS. The US Postal Service is a joke.The UPS Store is a privately owned company, meaning, you get top notch service from professionals who actually care about your shipping needs. I use this store frequently and the employees are amazing, polite, caring and professional. Thank you to all who work there, you're the best!

I was asked to stand in to sing 4 songs for a band that was playing a music hall, with very little notice AND as familiar with the songs that I was, I still had no time to memorize the lyrics! I walked into the store 10 minutes before they closed, sent 4 emails to that location and they printed all songs with no hesitation. Awesome job!

Centrally located in the heart of the best parts of Destin. The employees are absolutely amazing! Very helpful and polite. Very sweet too! I'm always happy to see them, even though it's usually just returning or exchanging items through Amazon.I hope they're paid well, they deserve it!Sure beats the useless post office.

I didn't catch her name but the manager working there was very nice and professional. I went here after having a bad experience at the post office and your employees were able to help me quickly and efficiently. Kudos to them :)

Customer service is terrible. The Indian/Middle Easter lady is especially rude & lacks common courtesy. She does not provide information completely nor accurately. They falsely sell a $100 insurance that when the time comes they won't pay out for their set of unwritten reasons. They mishandle packages. Save your packages & ship w/ either FEDEX or USPS.

Customer service was good, but knowledge of what to charge or either somebody charged me wrong is the question. Okay first time I went to them to print 3 pages for me I sent pages to there email and was charge .65 cents. This time only 2 pages was charge $3.43, yeah for two black and white printed sheets of paper. Asked why was I charged more this time, stated that it was a service fee for them having to print from email?. Really so cause I sent the written up page to your email for you to open and print for me that’s and extra $3.00. Well needless to say this will be my last time going to UPS store.

There is a lack of customer service these days, but WOW! The individual with the tattoos & headband went above and beyond to ensure my customer satisfaction today. A smile on their face with a long line taking care of me and allowing me to take my time! I have never seen anything like it, what a sweetheart! I will be coming back again!!

At 7:40am a ups driver just woke up my entire family by ringing our doorbell before 8am. Definitely will not be using your services after this. I have never in my whole life! You legally can not do that before 8am. Pathetic company waking up house holds.

I use UPS a lot, and this one is by far the rudest. I walk in: no acknowledgement. Use the computer sign says 8.5x11 copies are .17 my receipt says .20

Yesterday (Tues) I went into this UPS Store to use their Notary Public service when I got out of work (8 AM - 5 PM), so around 5:30 PM. After waiting for 10 minutes in line, the attendant behind the desk told me that her Notary wasn’t there, and that she’ll be in tomorrow (Wed) morning at eight.
