So, I've unfortunately needed the services of this store several times in the past week. The staff are the rudest of any I've ever encountered. They seem like they are zonked out on drugs of some sort. They are totally unresponsive to questions or any type of verbal communication. I witnessed today an elderly military vet simply asking it a military discount was offered. She respectfully asked four times while two staff members were standing directly in front of her. FOUR TIMES! No one responded to her. This is a simple yes or no question. After I spoke up, respectfully, and asked why they refused to answer the customers question, a manager came running up from the back of the store to assist the customer. Still, no verbal response from either of the other two staffers, only glares of disgust. I hope I never need to rely on the services from this store again. FedEx all the way from her.

I came into this store to quickly return an Amazon item on my lunch break. Martina was SUPER sweet and helped me get in and out of there with no issues! I was really surprised at how efficient she was considering her mentioning that she was still somewhat new. I wanted to say something in person to the manager about how impressed I was, but I was in a rush. Thank you, Martina!

Yes, just like another review, the front counter employee seemed annoyed when assisting me. Well, I wouldn't even say she helped me, but rather she attempted to sell me a box for an Amazon return and refused to take it as it was. I called Amazon to report the issue, and they instructed me to go to Whole Foods. At Whole Foods, I walked in and they placed my item in a clear plastic bag, labeled it for free, and sent it back for me.

Very unfriendly and not helpful when asking for ways to ship home some beach chairs we bought here in Destin. The woman acted very annoyed when even asking for a quote to ship these chairs.

Extremely upset being charged $3.52 for a single black&white sheet of paper being printed out. The woman justified the charge as it costs the whole $3.52 for a single sheet of paper and toner on it. Provided a toner cartrodge can print out a thousand pages, they must spend $3k+ on every toner cartridge they buy. Worst customer service ever. I will even mention the fact that last time I picked up a package from there, the girl kicked it the entire way to the counter, justifying that she couldn't lift anything heavy. If you can't lift over 10 lbs, do not work at the UPS store, where it is in the job description "be able to lift 50 lbs" ... or ask for help! Service is becoming worse and worse, but that's what happens when you hire low IQ employees.

I am new to the area. I was looking for a UPS store close by when I read the reviews I was very hesitant to use the UPS store next to Winn Dixie in Destin. However, when I went in, Melanie gave me such great service she went above and beyond to help me through the process of printing, notarizing and shipping out documents for me . If anyone can change the reviews it would be Melanie she was so patient and friendly.I will only go back because of mel, I frequently send packages to my family and I am so grateful for her quality of service

I was transiting through Destin on a sailboat and sent a package 2 day air to this store. According to UPS tracking, it arrived on Wednesday and I was at the store Friday. No package. Called Saturday, still no package. They called Monday morning, and the package appeared. I had left the area so had them return the package. Gave 2 stars as everyone was professional, but not a success story. I'll need to set up another delivery at another waypoint. ?

Drove over an hour to do my digital fingerprinting, informed the young girls at the desk that I was here for fingerprints, she pointed to the corner and said it's over there. Luckily, I have had them done before and was somewhat familiar with the process, got attitude when I asked what they wanted my second form of ID to be. Then clucking tongues and eye rolling when I asked how to proceed with an individual finger. So, I'm not sure who sets the prices for the fingerprints, but over $100 spent,attitude given and I had to do it myself. Will not be back to this facility.

I can't believe how terrible the "no-customer service" is at this location (Destin, FL)! Extremely rude and unprofessional. I went in to ship a couple of packages and the employee said that one of my boxes was not good enough for shipping. No problem, I bought one of their 20x20x20 boxes for a ridiculous $13.99 plus $3 more to tape it up. I asked them to please toss out my empty old box and she said "no, we don't do that here". Fine, I took it with me. Use the Destin FedEx store instead, they are very accommodating and professional. I don't know why I tried UPS, it won't happen again!

Super confusing store for printing services and the staff have zero customer service skills. Two thumbs down.I'm traveling from out of of town, and I needed two documents printed. I love my UPS store in Virginia where the printing services are easy to navigate, and you don't need to interact with a front desk attendant to execute simple print tasks. It's an actual self-service store where the credit card reader and printer are setup so you can walk in, print your documents, pay (at the computer), and retrieve your documents from a printer that's accessible in the designated printing area (not behind the front desk in the staff only zone). In other words, in an ideal scenario, zero human interaction is required.However, the staff at this site were rude, totally inconsiderate, and unwilling to see things from my point of view as someone from out of town who is unfamiliar with their store's printing practices. It was a really frustrating experience overall, and I will not be returning here. 981 Harbor Blvd is saved in my Waze app, but as as a location I will not be returning to under any circumstances.P.S. I'm literally writing this in the hopes that someone at UPS/corporate sees this review and looks to the UPS store at 2308 Mt Vernon Ave for an example of how things SHOULD work. Thanks!

It's exactly 7pm and the 2 girls won't open the door for a drop off. That is extremely rude especially during the Christmas season.

Wow!! VERY RUDE staff with ZERO customer service skills or experience. What a NEGATIVE & TOXIC environment I walked into this morning. Of course, what do you expect? Kids are running this operation. Not even a "HELLO" or a "Thank You". The two young girls at the counter seemed to HATE their jobs and it definitely showed. Their DISRESPECTFUL behavior falls under Employee Termination. Both girls spoke to myself and others rudely. I'll NEVER give this location my business again. I have NEVER, EVER had a BAD EXPERIENCE at The Ups Stores, until I decided to visit this one.
