If your in the Destin Beach area, this is the best UPS ever! I shopped and shopped and had 25lbs of the coolest stuff!! Needed it home and safe. The employees here are of the highest rating I can give! It was a great experience all around and my goodies arrived safely and early!

They charge almost $4 to print the label that's already been paid for. That is terrible customer service. If I could give them zero stars I would.

I was having a lot of difficulty with my live scan fingerprinting today. Ashley took over an hour to help me. She went above and beyond, helping to roll my fingers and also calling customer service twice for me to get the information that I needed. I really appreciate her helping me out, especially when it was only her and another associate working. She was kind and even with everything else going on in the store, she was able to give me the attention and focus that I needed so that my fingerprinting results were done correctly and I would not have to do it again. Thank you Ashley!

I have NEVER been charged $3.99 for one single printed piece of paper when printing at UPS, including this store. To charge someone a $3.00 fee to print a piece of paper because they emailed it to the store is CRAZY to me. If i didn't need the paper right then I would have NEVER gotten it.

They scanned my package and it never registered to Amazon. Amazon never got package. When I went to the store, to figure out what happened, the workers were very rude and defensive. I will drive elsewhere to deal with professional people.

Very helpful and provided solutions for future shipments... saved my addresses and gave me an estimate so that when I come in I can just scan and ship it.

Usually quick and good. Went to mail a bundle of. Christmas cards in an envelope with plenty of time before Christmas. The manager lists off all the shipping options starting with next day air for $180 then $150 then $90 then $50 and I have to decline all of them until she got to ground for $15.
It’s a small package with cards. Just ask how soon I want it delivered and go from there instead of trying to vulture $180 out of me because of some concept of Christmas readiness.
Oh, not only that, this, what should have been a small quick transaction, turned into a 15 minute waiting around time while the manager hopped around helping other people instead of just sending me out the door. I shouldn’t have to wait a couple minutes for you to hit a button on your computer to complete the transaction because you’re helping another customer figure out which kind of packing peanuts he needs—he was being helped by associates already.
Lame. Think I might go to fedex next time.
