Samantha gave me the best haircut I've had in YEARS. Since moving to Florida, I've struggled to find a hair stylist that I would return to. Samantha is who I will be going to for the rest of my life. She also advised me on how to properly care for my hair at work, and what products were best suited for my hair type. I'm so happy with the results! 10/10.

THE BEST. Every single staff person was friendly, kind, and super helpful (but not overbearing in any way). They also were kind to one another and building each other up - it just felt so peaceful to see coworkers and customers with really relationships and support for one another. It made my day! The store was clean (the testers weren’t messy and gross) and the store seemed well stocked - only missing a couple of items that I noticed. I will be back on my next vacation here for sure!!!

I made an appointment to have my hair cut, a scalp treatment, and my eyebrows done for my birthday. First was the scalp treatment, the stylist left me in the was bowl for a long time. It was very uncomfortable. Then she aggressively scrubbed my scalp when rinsing the treatment out. While the treatment was in, she did my eyebrows. She kept digging the wax stick into my eye lid. It felt like I was getting my eye scooped out. Finally we get to the haircut. I pick the stylist because her profile says she was elite and could do curly hair. I asked her to keep the length but add some layers for shape. She cut it so short and now it looks like I have a mullet. I absolutely hate it. Every stylist complained about getting clients. They'd rather hang out and do each other's hair. They are unprofessional and lazy. Do not use the salon at Ulta!

Samantha has been doing my hair for 5 years and she’s the best! Always extremely professional and truly listens to what you want. And she delivers !! I always feel beautiful after leaving her chair. 10/10 recommend.

Called today regarding an upcoming appointment I have with the salon, some chick named Romana or something like that answered. She was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Next time I hope a professional answer’s the phone.

The stylist was kind of rude when I went she didn’t want to do the hair the way I wanted it done and proceeded to offer partial highlights all I want was blonde it didn’t matter how darker or light I got with the blonde hair but she was rude because I kept saying that’s not what I want and if I’m paying it should be how I wanted it so she said she felt uncomfortable doing my hair at all which is rude and then so after me and my grandma left I’m sure her and her stylist friend talked bad about us after we left I WILL NEVER COME BACK AND CANCELLING MY CREDIT CARD thank you Samantha I believe that was her name which I ended up going somewhere cheaper and getting a full highlight that worked out great photo is what I got from the other place
