I went in because there was an object in my tire of course I was in a hurry I had not planned on a flat tire for the day I was literally in and out of there in less than 20 minutes they did not try to do my sales on anything I did not need I went for a flat tire or not filter check battery check wiper checked all that s***I just needed my tire fixed and that's just what they did thank you guys I made it to my appointment on time you rock

Thomas- the store manager- was so incredibly kind and helpful! I’ve been having tire troubles for the past 3 months, to which I thought had been solved with a new set of tires. My car had been brought in 5+ times to my local tire place, but they could never seem to find the underlying issue. Fast forward to our beach trip- we arrived to Destin with an almost flat tire. I quickly got upset as I didn’t have my trusty dad with me to fall back on for car help.. but luckily we found Thomas and his team thru a google search! We were a bit weary that we would be taken advantage of being in a vacation town. That was clearly not the case- the Tuffy team figured it out in less than 30 mins that it was my rim that was cracked and that’s what was affecting my tire. Not only did they put on my spare, but Thomas also gave me the contact info for a salvage yard close by AND offered to put the new rim on the same day!! My family and I visit destin every year, and will always keep Tuffy in mind for future car troubles. Thank yall so much for taking such good care of us! Because of Tuffy we were back on the beach in no time. We highly recommend.
