First off, I want to say what caught my attention first was how neat and tidy everything looked. The main thing I wanted to mention though was how happy I was to for Grady’s help today. I was looking for a white hoodie and I had walked passed them several times without seeing them. Grady led me right to them and even found and picked out the size I needed from the shelf and handed it right to me!

Manager (older lady) shut the try on room down at 6:15 pm and was rude about it. The girls at the counter were super nice!

I was very pleased with the customer service! One of the staff members I believe her name was Kimberly she was the kindest person and really helped me out in finding what I needed. If i was her boss she’d definitely would get a raise!!!

When I walked into the store tonight, I was greeted by one of the younger employees stating "we close in 15 minutes". I of course intended on respecting the time they close.As I was shopping, I overheard another one of the employees complaining about shoppers. Specifically, they were complaining about how shoppers leave clothes unfolded and unorganized. I can understand how that would be annoying, but that's probably not something that I should be hearing as a shopper. It seems unprofessional to me.As I shopped, some of the employees were sweeping around me. I've worked in a few different service industries, and never has this been okay. It felt that I was being cued to leave the entire time. Again, I planned to leave before close.As I was getting ready to walk towards checkout, I was straightening up some long sleeve shirtsI had displaced. It was at this time that another employee came up to me and said "the register is closing in four minutes".Once I got to checkout, I politely asked to speak to a manager. When asked why, I just said that "I would like to make a compliant". Once I started speaking to the manager, I just basically gave her the rundown of what I typed above. While speaking, I was interrupted multiple times. Then at some point, all of the employees had come to the front of the store and were all putting their opinions into the conversation as well. So then, it felt like I was in an argument with the entire staff instead of just making a formal compliant to the manager.During the conversation, everyone was calm, but the employees basically just complained about working for 11 hours that day and that they wanted to make sure I left on time. If you can't handle 11 hours of work, don't do it. I work plenty of hours myself, and that doesn't warrant me to complain to my clients about it. All in all, I felt as if my complaint was disregarded. I finished checking out and left.Because of this shopping experience, I am likely to take my business where I am welcomed into the store, not consistently cued to leave, and where people are happy to help me.
