Was quite literally hung up on when I called to verify my charge was accurate. I had two questions. One was half way answered, I needed clarification, he hung up on me. Absolutely unbelievable. (This is the first review under 5 stars I have ever left)

Air compressor did not work with quarters. No refund from store. Posting no sign on machine. Told me to call vendor for my refund of $2. Realize it is vending problem, but it would have helped if they had told me to get machine number. Employees did not care, company does not care. No money, to speak of, but go elsewhere. Plenty of convenience stores.

This is the worst tomb thumb in the area. The employees will sit and talk to each other sharing NSFW stories while a line of customers build and they aren't doing anything

This store says 24 hours it is not THIS IS A LIE AT 11 PM THEY WERE CLOSED TONIGHT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LATE AT NIGHT.

Becca should learn to stay off her phone while dealing with customers. Litterally standing at the register and using her phone when I was trying to pay. Time est 8:55 am 1/20 if a manager may want to investigate.Edit.... considering I cannot add an additional bad review. Yet again this establishment is lacking customer service per usual 5/12/21

This is a convenience store so if you need coffee milk beer ice snacks that sort of thing when you're ready to go to the beach it's very convenient sometimes there's a wait in line due to lottery ticket sales which are a pain cuz people take their time and they want to get everything right and try to win of course everyone does that but overall these stores are very convenient and are a customer friendly

I know everywhere is short on employees right now and I always give the benefit of the doubt. The lady working the counter was super unprofessional. She had short hair and a really loud voice. There’s a line and she chooses to answer a phone call from a friend not Tom Thumb. & stop me from talking to tell me I need to wait so they can figure how many people are in the house. I’m so cool with phones being on the person but to rudely cut off customers to talk to your friends was sad.

This place is very high priced on the few drinks they have, no gas and is never open, should just close this location
