UPDATE: it got worse. First of all we broke our screen protectors and though we paid $80 for screen protectors instead of the eight dollars you can spend it on Amazon because Jenna assured us that we could get free ones absolutely free. She then didn't put the protection on it. She also totally lied about our bill. DO NOT GO HERE. ALSO OUR BILL IS $100 more than she said. I am so disappointed in this store! We switched from at and t to t mobile. The first thing I am really upset about is the fact that I upgraded my phone to a 128 mg and mine was the 256 and was completely full, the manager Christen said it didn’t matter but it does. IT MATTERS. The next thing is the actual upgrade process, he then passed me off to Jenna. I was in the store a total of 8 hours over two days. No one ever told me that you only can get $650 towards your phone so I got a bill for $1800 for two phones and I will only be reimbursed 1500. So make sure you know that . Next they transfered my phone number and so I wasn’t to able to get a bill from at and t. Make sure you get your last bill. I am not feeling like I will be reimbursed anything at this point. I went to the other t mobile in Miramar and they are WAY BETTER! They helped me get a little situated with everything and possibly I will get reimbursed. But be careful who you deal with. I basically have half the phone for twice the money.

I visited the Destin Commons store yesterday hoping to purchase a pre paid SIM card, LaJuan was so extremely pleasant and helpful and in 10 minutes he’d explained the different options and had put a new card in my iPhone. A big thank you him he is a credit to the company

laJuan is amazing. Give him a pay raise. He helped me accomplish transferring my old numbers when I had spent many hours on the phone with customer service who were not able to assist. He is persistent and kept customer service and my needs ahead of everything else.

While visiting the area we were in need of Wi-Fi for our motorhome. As soon as we walked through the door we were pleasantly greeted and helped right away. We are new customers to T-Mobile and we’re so impressed with the service we received we will be switching our phones over to T-Mobile when we get back to Wisconsin. And the home Wi-Fi we purchased works awesome!!! Couldn’t be happier with the experience and we highly recommend this store!!AAA++++ ??

Been a customer for over 2 years now. Went in to ask about replacing one of our 5 phones which are all paid off. Was told we couldn't get same deal as a new client-which is really dumb. So I said their competitor (att) gives current clients same deal as new-and rep said we should go there---so that is what we are doing. Insane how they spend so much $ marketing on TV to get new customers, but not take care of the customers they had.
