The staff and this particular branch is absolutely HORRIBLE. Ever since Suntrust merged with Truist and then their the best manager got promoted, we are left with a staff that has bad service and attitudes to boot. It’s so frustrating dealing with the inadequacies of the bank and this particular branch. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

We recently moved to from South Florida to here and my first experience at this location was wonderful. Mrs. Mary is a sweetheart and deserves a raise! Highly recommend this branch of Truist

Suntrust was a nightmare before the merger and it's so disheartening to see a decent bank like BB&T get sucked into this monster of a nightmare. I've been actively avoiding Suntrust/Truist for well over 2 decades, but they decided to buy my car loan and mortgage so now I have to deal with them. This branch is comprised of bitter employees who are either too stupid or overworked to look for other employment. If you aren't going to do your job, at least tell customers that are waiting so they can find an alternative. To the elderly woman who was far too busy entertaining her friends in the lobby, I've filed a complaint with both the bank and CFPB. Probably time for retirement.

Me and my husband had the worst experience setting up our 401k plan with J. Bart Davis from Truist. I recommend avoiding dealing with him and this bank at all costs if you don’t want to get scammed. He is the most unprofessional and shady person we had to encounter in the banking system. We spent months setting up the corporate 401k plan and we mentioned multiple times that we didn’t want any live insurances attached to it. Bart never verbally mentioned the cost of it and didn’t talk much about it the entire time. Instead, he made us feel like our plan covers it and we can’t get 401k plan without it (which is not true). We decided to proceed anyways since there was no cost associated with it. We were ready to close the deal and sign all the paperwork for the plan, and that’s when we discovered the fine print where he still added the life insurance to our 401k plans which costs us $7000 per person!!! This is so shady considering he didn’t once mention the cost of it, and that we explicitly said we didn’t need life insurance in the first place. This ‘financial advisor’ doesn’t care about you, he only cares about getting his commission from the life insurance. He refused us a service unless we do a life insurance (while Trust offers regular 401k plans). What a SCAM!!

I’m move all of banking to Regions ever since the announcement of Suntrust selling the services have gone down hill!!

Called in today and was told that we cannot assist you and you will have to call the 800 number for help. What kind of customer care representative tells an active customer with multiple accounts that they cannot assist them because I’m not there face to face with them. Thank you for making my decision to take my current and future business elsewhere Amber!

I just wanted to give a profound thank you to Jacqueline and Natalie for helping me. I am with USAA and I needed to break some cash last minute before heading overseas. No other bank in town was willing to assist me. They helped to give me a contact at their Gulf Breeze location so that I could complete my transaction. Thank you for seeing the human side of things. You guys are amazing.

WORST SERVICE EVER! TAKES FOREVER TO DEPOSIT CHECKS. I HAD OPENED ACCOUNT TO BUY STUFF OFF INTERNET IN CASE IT GOT HACKED. TIRED OF WAITING TO DEPOSIT CHECKS I DECIDED I WOULD CLOSE ACCOUNT. BUT NOBODY EVER THERE TO DO IT. SO I STOPPED DEPOSITING AND WAS JUST GOING TO DEPLETE CASH. FINALY THE CARD STOPPED WORKING. 10 DAYS LATER GOT OVERDRAFT NOTICE FOR $375.00 IN FEES. WENT IN TO LOCATION MANAGER SAID THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO AND FOR ME TO WAIT FOR COLLECTION DEPT TO CALL ME. THEY NEVER CALLED SO I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE A COLLECTION DEPT, SO I ASKED FOR A COMPLAINT DEPT AND THEY DIDENT HAVE THAT EITHER, BUT WOULD TAKE DOWN A COMPLAINT AND GET IT TO SOMEBODY, THIS IS AFTER 1HR ON PHONE COMPLANING THEY ASKED WHAT THE COMPLAINT WAS. I GAVE UP THEY ABSOUTLY SUCK! DONT LET THEM HANDLE YOUR MONEY.
