There is this beautiful guy Named Daniel I think he is one of the manger he styled my outfit and recommended me some shoes that I ended up buying… he has a natural carisma and knows how to dress the most magnetic energy ever!!!

If you're black youll probably get ZERO customer assistance. Two white female employees (tall short haired brunette) and shorter long haired brunette white women DID NOT say a single word to us when we walked into the store. We were literally the only people in there and they both stood at the checkout counter like complete goofy's and completely ignored my mom while she browsed the store. I noticed the unwelcoming energy almost immediately so opted out of looking around even thought I I intially planned on purchasing something. We were in there for a solid 10 mins and not a single word was exchanged. Idk if they just assume black people aren't going to buy anything so don't bother greeting or what the problem is but they need some serious customer service retraining because that was completely unacceptable.

Omg where to start? Well back October 14 I ordered the rockaway shoes from the Destin Store with their store manager Kaye, I told her I needed them fast because I was going on a trip, I paid for 2 day shipping but my shoes didn’t arrive, so a week and half went by and kept waiting for my shoes, nothing happened so I called customer service, the woman on the phone was NO HELP AT ALL, she told me there was nothing she could do and I had to call the store, so I did, I called and to my luck Kaye was the one on the phone, I told her the story, she was super nice and apologetic about it, she asked for 30 minutes for her to make some phone calls and look around other stores to see what was going on with my shoes, 30 went by and she was calling me back with the greatest news, my shoes were on hold because a mistake from the shipping company and sadly they were unavailable, BUT awesome Kaye came to my rescue and she found them in a store in Texas and they were coming my way, that was Wednesday October 26 at noon, same Wednesday at 2:00 pm I got a call from the manager at the store in Texas, I think it was in Houston im not sure, wish I could remember her name to give her credit too, she was awesome and she was calling me to confirm that my shoes were on their way to me and right now is Friday October 28th, my shoes arrived 30 minutes ago, they are perfect, exactly what I wanted and I beyond happy and Grateful to Kaye and the other store manager from Texas, every store in this country should have managers that care and go above and beyond for their customers and that are also super nice and kind.All I can say is thank you, you guys are awesome and I hope you are getting a good pay for your great work!!!Katira Rivest
