This is our home away from home, everything you will need can be found here. 3 selections of pools, private access to the beach, chair & tent rentals, the location is perfect all the places to eat are a short drive. The staff were helpful and accommodating. Best highlight for me (mom) was having a washer/dryer in the unit!
Rooms: Our room was our home away from home! We had everything we needed, from random kitchen utensils, comfortable beds and cooling sheets, and the water pressure for the showers was 10/10! Ours came with a washer/dryer which was a big win for this mom!
Nearby activities: So much fun. There is a huge kids activity center for night time fun within walking distance of the property. All the places to eat, shop and water excursions were a 10-20 min drive.
Safety: I felt safe and comfortable. Staff were very visible and having the ID bracelets were great.
Walkability: We could walk or use the scooters to get to eatery’s.

Overall a good place to stay. One could nit pick little things but the pros make up for the cons. A good place to stay for those wanting to be among the people. Not for those looking for a quiet secluded place.

Its a great condo, with a big price. I'd recommend going, its right next to the beach and the condos are big and comfortable.

We recently stayed in unit #717. The unit was spacious and clean. The location of the unit and view was wonderful. There are a few amenities that we would recommend, be added.
The toaster and coffee maker need replacing. The coffee maker literally took 20 mins to brew 6 cups of coffee......30 mins for 10 cups. It took 4 toasting "sessions" to toast. There are no potholders on the unit. Also, the dishwasher is not attached. It was very loud when using.
The beds were comfortable. But for the few issues with the kitchen, the unit was nice.
For travelers that intend to utilize the kitchen for meals etc, there are minimal kitchen cookware, utensils etc.

Our time in Destin was awesome! Beautiful beaches! Our condo at Sterling Shores was very spacious, clean, beautifully decorated and had a balcony with a beautiful view. We booked via Airbnb, sometimes the communication/instructions weren’t clear but overall a wonderful experience!!

We've been coming here for 20 years. Well maintained, professional staff, great location to an excellent beach. Short stroll to be from property to the beach. Less than two minutes. Pretty ocean view from the balcony. Easy access to restaurants, bars and stores. Two pools. One kid friendly and a more adult geared one across the street adjacent to the beach.
Rooms: Set up well . clean comfortable beds
Nearby activities: Mini golf, rock climbing wall. Water sports
Safety: Gated and security keypads on rooms
