“Sarah was extremely helpful. I needed a larger size shoe to start Physical Therapy with my broken foot post surgery. I had called ahead to see what sizes they carry and when I got there, she had already pulled some out for me. She specifically found ones with support, cushion and clearance, knowing that eventually the swelling would go down and I would not need that size anymore. I was also struggling to try them on, and she brought a shoe horn and helped me with the shoe. I’ve shopped here before, but she helped solidified this a great store to shop for ASICS. Amazing customer service. Thanks, Sarah! I hope to see you again when I’m ready to get my next pair.”

“The prices seemed fair for brands I know like Sofft and Born. Lots of pink clearance tickets. This reminded me of a Famous Footwear. I didn't find anything but my boyfriend bought a pair of Nikes for $50.”

“I ended up with 2 different shoes when I was in Florida and I live in Texas. I called and CJ and the store manager resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. They found the other shoes, boxed them and shipped them. Their customer service was above and beyond.”

“Omg where to start? Well back October 14 I ordered the rockaway shoes from the Destin Store with their store manager Kaye, I told her I needed them fast because I was going on a trip, I paid for 2 day shipping but my shoes didn’t arrive, so a week and half went by and kept waiting for my shoes, nothing happened so I called customer service, the woman on the phone was NO HELP AT ALL, she told me there was nothing she could do and I had to call the store, so I did, I called and to my luck Kaye was the one on the phone, I told her the story, she was super nice and apologetic about it, she asked for 30 minutes for her to make some phone calls and look around other stores to see what was going on with my shoes, 30 went by and she was calling me back with the greatest news, my shoes were on hold because a mistake from the shipping company and sadly they were unavailable, BUT awesome Kaye came to my rescue and she found them in a store in Texas and they were coming my way, that was Wednesday October 26 at noon, same Wednesday at 2:00 pm I got a call from the manager at the store in Texas, I think it was in Houston im not sure, wish I could remember her name to give her credit too, she was awesome and she was calling me to confirm that my shoes were on their way to me and right now is Friday October 28th, my shoes arrived 30 minutes ago, they are perfect, exactly what I wanted and I beyond happy and Grateful to Kaye and the other store manager from Texas, every store in this country should have managers that care and go above and beyond for their customers and that are also super nice and kind.
All I can say is thank you, you guys are awesome and I hope you are getting a good pay for your great work!!!

“Spring sale and Mother’s Day sale happening right now! May 2024. They have BUY 2 and GET 2 FREE! (In the clearance section Or BUY REGULAR ITEM And Buy 2nd pair for 25% off., and for all of healthcare professionals get 10% . The store associates are very welcoming and accommodating with my questions and whatever assistance we needed. They even suggested another pair or sandals since the one I want did not have the size I need. Keep it up guys! They have a lot of kids / children crocs selections, I’m an adult but I always buy in kids section, but in this store location, I was able to buy size 4!!! And it fits good! I have additional shop to go now here at Silver sand Premium outlet here in Sandestin or Destin area , not just Coach and Mikael Kors, lol. And btw they also have a lot of accessories to add on your slippers/ crocs too! You can check all their new items in the photos that I uploaded along with this review. And I hope I was able to help you look if you have something that you might want to buy in this store, overall this store is recommended for all members of the family, happy shopping!”

“The customer service at the Destin White House Black Market store is exceptional and rare. They are so helpful, and yet not pushy at all. She even checked at the different store for availability. I couldn’t have had a better experience here at Sunset Shoes. They offer military and first responders discount. This is our second time purchase our Hoka here and we will definitely come back. Thank you Jovi for your patience and being a very helpful saleswoman.”
“I feel like thier staff is more willing to help you than a lot of other shoe stores in the mall. However, most of the time they don't have enough varied sizes in store. I have a seven person family and lots of different shoe sizes but rarely can get them for most of us...”
