Don't waste your time going to this store of revolving managers and employees with no idea how to talk to customers. Go to Santa Rosa or Stahlman. Also there is no parking for contractors with trailers that is legal to park around this store.

In my considered opinion when I spoke with Miguel the counter person over the phone he has no idea what customer service is. The mere fact he couldn't follow my line of questions because he wasn't present in the conversation. A simple "could you please hold" would have been sufficient.I could choose Benjamin Moore, or PPG however since Hurricane Michael I have used Shermin Williams exclusively not mad just letting you know

I received excellent service at the Sherwin Williams store located at 36248 Emerald Coast Pkwy, Destin, FL. The employees were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

It don't matter if you are here to buy one thing or 30 it's the slowest Sherwin I've dealt with. The people who work here are not that welcoming if I'm working in Miramar or Destin I'd rather go way out of my way and drive to the Santa Rosa beach or Grayson sherwin

Hello, I was at the store with The negative reviewer below. Its amazing how people can come in and assume they should rush to the front of the line and not care for others getting service. The staff was polite and working quickly with everyone. 1 or 2 minutes and he would have had his turn. Parked in the handicap spot also. Would have been cool to leave that to patrons who actually needed it. The staff is great here. Come see for yourself.
