If you like being harassed and stalked the entire time you’re shopping then this is the place for you. I understand checking in on customers, but it is out of control. Everyone feels BEYOND uncomfortable from the moment you step in there. I don’t think I was in there for longer than 5 minutes before I was asked TWELVE times if I’m “still doing alright”. One girl popped her head over the shelf to ask for the fourth time and I couldn’t help but jump back. I eventually had to ask them to please stop and if I need help I will find someone, but this is insane. Especially the manager Lori. She made my 8 year old daughter so uncomfortable she couldn’t go down an isle without her following her. She’s EIGHT.

I am a regular customer at this location and typically have a great experience, but my most recent visit was unfortunately not up to the standard I've come to expect. I needed to be color matched for a setting powder, but despite several employees passing by, none offered assistance. When I proactively approached an employee, she seemed reluctant and asked a coworker to assist me instead. This led to an uncomfortable situation where the coworker argued about technical issues in front of me, making me feel like a burden for requesting help. The service didn't improve from there; the employee who eventually helped me struggled with the product and had an aggressive demeanor throughout the process. This encounter was not reflective of the quality service I know this store can provide, and I hope it can be addressed to ensure a better experience for all customers in the future.

Usually have had no issue at this location. This time was different. I am sure they were short staffed as there was only one person in the store. That wasn't the issue. The issue was that the ONE person that was working was at the counter and was counting money in a till. I get that shifts change and there are things that need to be done, but at least acknowledge people at some point as there were 5 in the store. She continued dropping the coins into the till and then proceeded to put the till away and stand behind the counter and then just stood there.
I just don't understand the lack of customer service in a service based business.

I had the pleasure of having my makeup done with Syx on my birthday. She was very kind and took her time to make my inspo pic come to life. I was very impressed by her artistic skills. If I’m ever in town again, I will be booking with her. Her customer service is top tier.

Walked in and Kaelin immediately helped me and my mom find a new foundation because mine ran out!! She was so nice and patient the whole time :)

I love going into the Destin Commons Sephora location. I've never had a bad experience there. The staff is always so friendly and eager to help answer any questions. They're always knowledgeable about all of the products. Really just such a great atmosphere all the way around.

We stopped by today, my mother needed to purchase an item. The employee that helped us was kind at first, but after talking to my mother for a while, she started to sarcastically reply back to her questions in a rude manner. Then she just blatantly walked away with no words spoken. Overall, it was not a very pleasant experience.

If you dress different DO NOT GO HERE.. I dress on the goth side and it shows that they're picky choosy with their clients, I've been treated so well at multiple sephora's except the one in Destin and idk why I go back, they did not want to answer people's questions besides the blonde rich ladies they were extra nice to them but ignored us several times.. My husband finally found me someone to ask for help for and we went to check out. The lady asked me 3 times pressuring me in the rewards and I kindly said "I'm ok without them I'm sorry" since I never really use them and just want to leave since I deal with major anxiety and the store was a bit packed, but her demeanor changed completely after that and said "can you move aside then so we can use your points for the lady behind you" and made a moving gesture.. Both me and my husband were taken back and confused so we moved for the lady to put in her number as we stood awkwardly and then walked out.. My husband said he looked at me and I had tears in my eye since I've felt so overlooked and treated differently. He told me we were never going back to the Destin one and I completely agree.. First review I've ever done on google because it felt so horrible to me.

I went in the store yesterday looking for Lancôme foundation. After being ignored by the associates, I went to one and asked if they had a certain type, her reply was “I don’t know.” She then walked away and later passed back by where I was searching through the different types of makeup. She finally asked if I found it and I told her no. She said sorry and walked away. How this particular store stays open is a wonder to me. One thing is certain, I’ll never shop there again.

Yesss!! This Sephora was amazing!! If you're in Destin, you have to stop here!! The workers were the nicest people ever!!! Right when you walk in you get some sales, and they greet you!! And this Sephora is huge! And everything was in stock!!

Multiple associates ignored me and walked by as I stood at the empty register counter. I only stood there for a few minutes and I figured they were busy so I left to look at something else, but then I saw a white woman go to the register and get taken care of immediately. I don't explicitly feel as if race played a factor but I'm brown and was ignored, I don't appreciate the way this store made me feel small and unimportant, I was excited to try some new makeup but that feeling was quickly taken away from me.
