The store is a huge mess! There seems to be no one available to keep the departments straightened up. Clothing all over the floor. And to top it all, the alarm is constantly going off inside and no one has done anything about it because it has been ringing for two weeks! Could be longer, I just do not know. I hear other customers saying they cannot stand it anymore, they're getting out of there! No way you can enjoy shopping in this store.

Been here 3 times last 2 months. Always a disaster. I worked retail for years. Your employees have given up. You need all new management. You need a positive culture. You need some rabbits and get rid of the turtles. And you need to hire at least 3 rabbits overnight for a week until you get a grip on this thing !!

This Ross was probably the most unorganized, cluttered, and dirtiest Ross I have been to. Clothes and shoes are just everywhere. It was overwhelming to try to shop. Clothes were piled a mile high in the shopping carts, everything was falling off the racks, clothes on the floor. Don’t even get me started on the shoes. Nothing was where it belonged. I stood there waiting for a good 5 min to try on something while the two ladies in the back yesterday continued to look at me and finish gossiping to each other for about 5 minutes when they should be cleaning that place up. I’ll stick to the niceville and fort Walton Ross if needed. They honestly might have to shut the store down for a day to get that place back together.

This was the most unkempt, messiest Ross I've ever been in. Clothes, shoes etc.. all over the floor. Nothing was organized. No manager to be seen. Very unprofessional looking. Not a good shopping experience.

Went to Ross in Destin Commons. Found some cute tops. Also found a employee that didn’t know what customer service was about. She was scanning my items and balling them and stuffing them in a bag. Her name was Lina. I asked her not to ball the items up and she told me in a defiant tone that if I didn’t like how she bagged the items I could do it myself. And started yelling in Spanish. I asked for the manager.She started laughing and threw her hands into the air. Another cashier called the manager and he was kind and apologized for her behavior. He completed the transaction and she was standing behind him making faces and moving him. I will never go back to this Ross again.

Rocks in Fort Walton Beach. Florida used to have amazing sales and deals and tons of clothing to pick from and now they barely get any size 3X clothes. You got to fight for a shoe. It's just very slim pickings at my store. It's hor verbal now horrible

Only 2 cashiers?? Waiting in line for 38 minutes! Yes I timed it. Seems like a store with this kind of volume would at least have a few more people to help out.
