Needed a withdrawal for new hundred dollar bills for presents. Waited 6 minutes in line while a teller didn't know when to stop a conversation with a customer and the other teller worked the drive up but finally took my order and was nice. But waiting 6 minutes listening to a conversation that was about common friends, WOW.

I been depositing my checks every week and they put my checks on hold for over 10 days And send me a letter my check is on hold and it doesn’t say the reason why my check is on hold and I when to the branch to see what is going and they say they don’t know

This branch has really deteriorated since the previous manager left. I've been making daily deposits here for four years and never had issues until recently. I just spent 15 minutes in the drive through for what should have been a 2 minute transaction. One teller working both inside and out is unacceptable. Sure wish my workplace would choose another bank. I will be pulling my personal account and give it to a bank with proper customer service.

So where to begin…Brook Evans, the branch manager opened two business accounts for me a couple months ago. We deposited a fairly decent amount of cash into them.We decided to buy a company vehicle and use some of that cash to purchase it.Tried getting into our online banking accounts on 12/23/22 to move money around and were locked out. Thought apple updates must have messed up the password saved. On 12/25/22 we are headed to the airport to fly to Miami to pick up the car, stop by the atm because we depleated our personal account to have the money to buy it but needed money to get hotels and gas to drive it back home and the cards rejected. We called and an answering service told us that our accounts were in the process of closing and our money was gone.Emailed Brook, crickets…, went into branch and she ignored me and finally when she came to help me acted like it was my fault and offered no explanation or comfort that we would see our money anytime soon. She is the most irresponsible, uncaring supposed to be professional person I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.On a brighter note I happened into the branch down the street and they not only found out that the reason my accounts were closed was due to a request of a copy of my drivers license that brooke was notified to obtain from me but failed miserably to reach out and ask me for. Anna and Divi now have my accounts and I couldn’t be happier with their diligence and making this horrible situation right for me. Brooke Evans should be fired for her incompetence. Period!!!

Naina or Nana, will be an absolute asset to this establishment.I have been seeing this particular branch for 4 years and interactions have not always been great. I appreciate that she was pleasant, professional and thoughtful of what I needed to complete my interaction.The one thing I wish is that there was a name tag so I could write her name with 100% accuracy.

Very disappointing. First they held my initial deposit check for 10 days as they said they had confidential info that the check might not be paid. This was just a lie to hold my finds. Next I made a sizable deposit related to a sale. Was told that the funds were good and immediately available. Wanted to transfer to another bank by bank transfer. They came up with a process that took 4 business days before a transfer could be made.. Finally they said I could transfer funds but "for my protection" I was limited to a transfer of $2,000 per day---far short of what I wanted to transfer. In addition they sent me a letter telling me my pin number for a debit/credit card that was not mine. So In summary I have never dealt with such a difficult bank and expect to close my account out in the near future.

THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at a bank. For something as simple as getting change for some $20 bills. This teller named Matt (wouldn’t tell me his last name lol) refused to give me change. He said I needed a business account at their bank. When I produced my business Visa card with the Region’s logo on it, he still refused, stating, “I can’t just give change to the world!” When I said I’m not the world, I’m a customer, he said defiantly, “I WILL NOT GIVE YOU CHANGE!” The result: Three lucrative accounts pulled immediately from Regions and handed to Wells Fargo right down the street.To Regions HR Department: Try to weed out the crazies before putting them in front of your customers. They will kill your business!

Decided to try Regions checking. Opened account OK, but the usual ten minute job of ordering checks stretched out to well over an hour. Region's website misdirects and misinformation forced a 30 minute hold time after which check printers told me I had to go back to Regions. Called Region's "customer service" phone and received automated notice of another 30 minute wait time. Regions has done well in the past on other banking tasks so am surprised at this experience. Has there been a change in management - or just attitude?
