I had the immense pleasure of working with Kevin at the Destin branch, and he is simply amazing. I have just moved to Regions, but I am extremely happy to be a customer there. My previous bank (Truist) was a complete nightmare: I tried to buy a bedroom set, but it wouldn't go through. I literally had to go to Truist in person and beg them to let me spend my own hard-earned money. Never again. I am happy at Regions, and Kevin made it so. LOVE him.

I recently had a charge on my account that was bogus and Kevin took care of it and immediately issued me a new debit card. Everyone is always so friendly.

I’m a former employee of this branch. I’ve been in banking for 10 years and I have NEVER been treated so poorly by management.Besides her own unethical behavior towards staff she also is extremely unprofessional towards customers.The manager is very prejudice. She often referred to Jamaican customers as “Jammie’s”, and would skip thru building their profiles for account openings because “they don’t really matter”.She called another manager a “heffer” in front of staff.The staffing at this location is bone thin because of her. What was once a flourishing branch with a full teller line and platform, is now down to three employees who are scrambling for help. Associates who has been there for years left after this manager took over.I’d question if this is the branch you’d like to apply and work for, or run business through.Go down the street to Grand Blvd or Kelly Plantation.

If I could give it a zero rating, I would. I called today to confirm that Regions could notarize my Power of Attorney document. I had gotten the same type of paperwork notarized in this branch 2 weeks ago and wanted to confirm that was still offered and if a notary was available today. I had a lengthy conversation with the woman who assured me they could notarize my documentOnly to arrive there and be told Regions doesn't notarize non-Regions documents. The sad thing is I learned it was the branch manager who I spoke with on the phone that same day! I asked if she could make an exception given that I was given the wrong information, had taken my time, AND brought witnesses. No exceptions and certainly no apology for giving me the wrong information and inconveniencing me.

Went to deposit some cash and 3 of the bills were torn (still intact, just torn). The teller said they were no good and would not take them. I asked her what am I supposed to do with them? I want to deposit my money! The bank teller looked at me and said “you might just have to call these a loss”. Once she said that, I told her to close my account. The bank manager then came to the window and asked why I was closing the account. She also chose not to accept my bills and said “you’re closing the account because we won’t take the torn bills….”I did just that, I closed my account and opened a new one at the bank down the street who had no problem taking all of the bills.

When I moved here to the South I needed a new bank, I was in hopes for a friendly small town bank that took care of their customer's!!! Well let me just say this bank charger's fee's for everything, while the branch staff is very nice the phone and on-line are totally NOT!!! It has been very costly doing business with Regions and after today and a very rude phone rep, I'll be closing all my accounts with Regions, the person I spoke with today had no desire to help me or really answer any questions, and then said well just close your account if your not happy.... This is not southern love at all!!! Very disappointed

Two customers in this branch at 98 and Main St. A woman being waited on by the teller and myself. I was obviously the next one in line. I waited close to 10 minutes and they were still working on the customers transaction. There was a teller at the drive thru window but no help from her. The manager and another bank officer we're in there offices. Looking at there monitors and no one else in there. They new I was there and that I was waiting... to long. Bad customer service. I ended up driving to another branch down the street and was waited on relatively quickly. I will be transferring my accounts to a more customer service friendly bank after Christmas.
