“We had a great experience at this BoA branch! Shannon was extremely accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable when we walked in without an appointment to setup a Trust. She was attentive and answered all of our questions. This was after attempting unsuccessfully at 3 other separate local banks the same day.I’ve never used BoA, before (lifelong Chase), but that will change going forward. Thank you!”

“Trying to get a problem solved after speaking to some clueless employees on the phone, we decided to go into our local bank (6miles). Went in waited a few minutes and was told there was no banker working today. Had to go to the Wells Fargo in Destin (17 miles) and if you have never driven in Destin on a Friday a.m. and raining, it takes a long time to go 17 miles. Finally arriving at our destination, we explained our problem to a young man, who informed us to have a seat and wait for a banker. While waiting a very nice young man, Jon Adams, came over to talk to us. We explained our problem and he told us he was waiting for an appointment but would assist us by explaining our dilemma to the banker that would be helping us. He did so and we were directed to Mark Campbell. To make a long story short, Mark solved our problem. A compliment to them both for their professionalism and knowledge unlike the no nothings on the phone. They are an asset to Wells Fargo.”
