Went today for the first time. All the personal from the front desk to the doctor, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. Usually I don’t like to go to the eye doctor, but here I can’t wait to come back!! Thank you a million ?

Gave the wrong prescription for my contacts even though I was clear in the appointment that I couldn't see clearly. I came back to retest and waited over an hour for her to write my old prescription. She also doesn't talk in the appointment so you don't know what's going on, and then she says ok you're done when you think you're still in the middle of the appointment.

I do not recommend Pearle Vision or at least this one. I have had contacts/glasses for ten years, I moved here and had to get a new eye dr. I came here, my exam went smooth and the doctor was very kind. She changed my prescription and I bought new contacts. These contacts started to make my eyes blurry and my old prescription glasses did not. I called the lady at the front desk, she talked to the dr and the doctor told her to get me a pair of one of my old prescription and to wear a new one in one eye and an old one in the other to make sure that was the problem and it was. The receptionist told me that they would give me some more trials of my old prescription since I already opened a new box of the new one. She said to come back every couple months to swap the new prescription for the old to make sure my eyes didn't switch. When I went in to do that, the manager, different lady was there and told me I wasn't allowed to do that and that the dr prescribed my eyes to different prescriptions. That the dr is more knowledgeable about my eyes than me. I tried to explain the previous conversation with the other receptionist and she wasn't having it. I asked to talk to the dr and she quickly responded that she was in an appointment although I would have been happy to wait even though there was only 15 minutes left until close. I feel like I was not taken care of in this facility and treated poorly. It sucks that I used my eye insurance where they only cover once a year. My dad also tried to call and explain in a different approach since she wasn't understanding me and she told my dad that I'm a big girl and should take up for myself lol which is accurate but not the best thing to say to a customer especially since I had made this issue known for four months and nothing was getting resolved. Dr was nice, and I'm sure she would have helped me, but the manager was not having it. don't waste your $ like I did

This is the worst eye doctor I've ever dealt with. They ordered the wrong contacts and then lied and said they couldn't get the ones I requested. My eyes were scratched and when I expressed my concern to the manager she laughed at me. I asked for the eye doctor to call me never heard back asked for the ownernever called back. Manager says they are short handed so there is nothing they can do. Avoid this place

I can not explain how blessed I am with the support of this office. To begin my lives about an hour away where the office there is closed. His glasses broke and he did not have any contacts. His vision is terrible, he is legally blind. With that being said we were in a panic because we did not have a paper prescription and with the office in PCB closed we had no idea what to do. We literally called every open eye office in his area and no luck in getting a weekend appointment. I then increased the area to search and came across this office and met DENISE. OMG the best service I have experienced in years really with any business. Since this is a franchise their systems do not talk to each other. She went out of her way and got us access to the patient portal to be able to print out his prescription to purchase contacts somewhere else until we could get to his regular doctor. We then called every Walmart again and NO one had his in stock. Called her back and was able to get him a pair. He rushed and drove there right before their door closed. My son can now see again and can go to work tomorrow :) You guys absolutely ROCK! Thank you over and over again!

This was the best experience Dr Fowler took the time to explain everything that was happening with my eyes. The tech who did my testing before was very nice and thorough. I don't like driving to Destin, but they made it worth it. The ladies with the glasses ordering were very nice too.

Karissa and Madison are the best ever there’s been none like em. Total life savers, #lifeguards I lost my glasses in the gulf and these fine ladies hooked me up with a new pair under 24hrs. #bomb thanks for the awesome service because without you, I’d be blind

Don’t bother. I walked in just now and stood there for 10 minutes. No one would acknowledge us. So, I asked if they wanted to help us. They were like oh. Even acted offended that I asked to be helped. 0 stars. Het with it ladies! You could have had a new customer. Well, two.

Had to wait over an hour until Dr finally saw me. This after I arrived early for my appointment. No one else was in the waiting room so I don't understand why. They have a poor selection of frames. Then they " forgot " to do my contact lens exam after the receptionist explicitly asked me if I wanted a contact lens exam and I said yes. I should have walked out. Not to mention that it was extremely expensive. Big mistake. Do not go here.

My mother and I took our nephew who had his glasses broken at school he had very bad vision and gets terrible headaches if he doesn't wear them. The customer service was terrible and they treated my mother and nephew like they were less than. They could of sold us a new pair of glasses because we needed them that bad. I honestly feel they judged us off appearance. I would take my business elsewhere.

After having an eye exam and going through contact lenses trials, the doctor decided to no longer see me as a patient and told me to find another doctor and start the process over due to not wanting to provide services and contact lenses based on the contractual agreement with Davis Vision Insurance with respect to the price. The office staff, who are extremely incompetent, blatantly lied to me that I would need to pay out of pocket and over the insurance allotment provided until the insurance company intervened and contacted their office confirming otherwise. Upon starting the process over with a different doctor's office, they discovered the recent prescription written by Dr. Shannon Fowler was incorrect and were also able to process the insurance claim with no requests for paying any difference and for the full prescription.
