Very disappointed in the professionalism of thiscompany. After reading the reviews I reached out for help with homeowners insurance. Allison answered and requested a ton of information via email. I sent everything over on 01/23 and didn’t hear a word back. Followed up with her on the 25th and she said she would be out of town but would have them by the next Thursday. 02/05 rolls around and still no word so I reach out asking if she has had time to get to my case, she says she will get my quote out in the next day or so. On the 8th I follow up again and she just ghosts me. I try once again on the 12th to reach out as my renewal is fast approaching(she knew this) and still no response. It would have been perfectly acceptable to just tell me you didn’t have the time/resources to help me but to string me along for weeks and then ghost me is just ridiculous.

Dan is the man! He helped me get rates on different homes I was considering and was invaluable in making the proper home purchase decision based on the financial variance of insurance on various properties. Florida insurance is much more intricate than I was used to.

We have used Norton for our HOA policies for years. They are very good to work with. They are always willing to help us look at our options to ensure we get good coverage at reasonable rates. In Florida, that's not an easy thing to do. I really appreciate their efforts and and value our relationship with them.

Absolutely Amazing. I have been using Daniel at Norton for a few business policies for the last year. I have recently transferred EVERYTHING for my business and personal life over to Norton. Their attention to detail, responsiveness and follow up is by far the best. I now refer all my friends and family to Norton Insurance.
