Everyone was nice but be sure to use the tap when using credit card, the card reader seemed to be tampered and it was loose. Left the store after a minute my credit alert me of over $100 charge for a restaurant in Texas.

Joey must have accidentally forgot to pack the tshirt i purchased so i called and they lied to my face and said i must have dropped it. In order for thst to be true i wouldn't have been able to grab the bag handle because the other 2 items were already breaching the rim of the bag. It was $15 dollars but its the principle. Integrity is far more valuable than the shirt.

I was visiting from the UK and was pleasantly surprised with this store. Well laid out with a good range of sizes and styles to suit all tastes. Great prices too. Friendly and helpful staff. Much better than my experience in London UK!

When this store is stocked, its a good shopping day. They hardly ever (when i go in) have boys (size 10/12) clothing items and its almost impossible to find kicks that my son likes. I did manage to find 1 hoodie in his size.

Registrar was very rude, told me that what I bought was not on my receipt, only to find out when the cashier changed the paper she printed the wrong receipt. Good thing I used my reward number to retrieve the receipt. It just went down hill from there and I didn’t even make the mistake. Called Nike customer service only to be told I had to hang up and callback in order to speak to a manager. Which is why I am giving my review. Riley is his name horrible customer service!!

First off this is one of the biggest stores in the outlets and they close at 6? Why would any retail store close their doors at 6?? Earlier than every single store there also. They have the smallest racks for clothing it’s embarrassing. And all they had stocked was XXL items. Worst Nike store I’ve ever been into.

Too expensive for my liking though they had some nice colorful shoes, there is not a bathroom present in the building nor any surrounding buildings.

Now I've never heard of this so called Nike but I heard from the nephew that it was quote hip so I made my trip down and saw that these were some high quality shoes. But most of the people there kept talking about Michael Jordan and I got confused also the shoes here were a bit pricey for my blood but I bought a pair of dunks. So let's hope this makes me dunk better 4 stars

As consistent as outlet stores get. Nice selection and prices. One star off for the lightweight fabrics they use these days, especially in T's. And Nike's failure to support shoe sizes over 13/14 men's.

Drove an hour and a half to get boys Nike ankle socks that said was available for pickup today. When we got there nobody would help us look in the back for the socks. The guy at the door had a HUGE attitude problem. Then they advised me they're probably in boxes in the back that they haven't gone through yet, and they had 4 call outs today. That sounds like a personal problem, and I don't do personal problems. Customers ALWAYS come first!!!!
