Jacob was very helpful during a stressful move. Professional, prompt, and to the point. He knew the business well and got us set up in exactly what we needed in min. Showed us the property and explained everything we needed to know. 10/10 experience. The property is great and climate controlled for a great price.

The worst experience of my life.
Please people, don't waist your time and money with this company, especially with the one in 95 airport road Destin FL.
The costume service is the worst possible. Not recommended. One star is already too good for this stupid place.

Her exceptional communication skills and efficiency made the process of setting up a new storage unit incredibly easy and stress-free. From the initial call, Kira demonstrated a friendly and professional demeanor, guiding me through the options with clarity and patience. Although I ultimately didn't move forward with securing the unit, I want to commend Kira for her dedication to delivering top-notch customer service. Her assistance has left a positive impression, and I truly appreciate her efforts in making my experience with Move It Storage a positive one.

Bait and Switch! I signed up with them at at their internet advertised price and within 6 months they upped my price $10. Then a few months later they raised the price again. Before I knew it I was paying $50 more a month than I signed up for. The worst part about it, their internet price is still the same as what I signed up at. When I called to see if they would lower the price to the price advertised online they said the prices are set by an algorithm and they change hourly sometimes, so they wouldn’t change our price. I’m now at a nicer facility in Destin for $60 less than what I was paying at this storage facility.

Visited the property with my sister for an upcoming move from here. The property manager, Jacob, was amazing! He really took the time to answer our questions, was very polite, and even showed us different rental options. Great experience.
