I just came from my first job in my old clothes, my hair a mess, no make up. I know I was a hot mess. I was also shopping for something nice to wear to my daughters valentines dance. A dance I would not have my best friend with me this time because we lost her 3 weeks ago. So I’m on the verge of tears already. Of all the retail people I came across. He made me feel like a human being. I’m not poor. Probably looked it. Anyways, thank you for being what I needed today.”

“The customer service at the store is excellent. The inventory on hand is another story. I have been looking for a pair of either Radar EV with the rose gold Prizm lenses or the Turbine with the same lens option, but have had absolutely no luck. You cannot even get either pair on the website currently. It is frustrating. While the staff is currently fairly new, they helped as best as they could, but the inventory is not what it could be or should be for an outlet.”

He made sure the tailor hemmed the pants and everything was pressed and ready while I waited, which was not long. Definitely a great place for men's wear with superior service.”

“American eagle is one of the most trendy and update clothing stores for a decent price. Some items I consider to be over priced. At this location the staff was very helpful, the store was very crowded and a bit messy, but the staff worked hard to provide as much help as they could offer. American eagle also promotes body positivity and gender neutral with their ad campaigns”
