This is my first 1-star review ever (in 7 years). I did a $1.5M transaction with McNeese Title and I’m having to wait two days after closing to receive funds (still have not received). I Have another closing and was depending on these funds to close that transaction. I asked Cindy to call me and I even sent her an email to call me to let me know if they would hold UPS accountable for the delay and cover the interest on my $1.5M and also how I should handle tomorrows closing and not even a call back. Poor customer service after paying them around $10k in fees for this transaction. I do realize that things happen and I’m an extremely understanding person (look at my reviews over the past 7 years). My only complaint is that I never received a call or email back to discuss any options.I’ve used Hall & Runnels for 4 transactions in the past 18 months and all of them were larger than this one and never had a single problem. I should have probably stuck with them for the larger transactions. Communication is key in my world.

For McNeese title, Cindy assisted in our closing, who was great! Everything about the closing was smooth and quick!Also, Julie Johnson is the very best! Julie done all the work to put together what was needed for our closing and I can't say enough on how knowlegable, professional, curtious and patient she was! This alone was worth everything! I highly recommend McNeese Title Company!Chris Johnson, who was our realtor, was absolutely the best realtor I have ever used! Chris was very thorough, patient, curtious, professional and very knowledgeable! Any questions I had, he knew the answers for. The entire home buying experience was the smoothest and best I have ever experienced!For the future, I will use them again!Again, if you want a great experience, I highly recommend you use Chris Johnson as your realtor and the staff at McNeese Title!

This was our second experience at McNeese. The first one was in December of 2009 and the second one was today June 1st 2021. On both occasions the staff was amazing very friendly but above all very professional the office is very well decorated too, it gives it a home like atmosphere. We received delicious complimentary cookies and our files were organized both on paper and digitally.

They made the closing process smooth and did a great job explaining all the papers that I was signing. Freshly baked cookies and coffee were included (yum) and McNeese was able to get my check from closing to me the same day.

Great experience from beginning to end! They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The best part is the smell of delicious, freshly baked cookies when you enter and you get to walk out with a box full of them!! The extra touches are appreciated.
