Had a fabulous experience! Boyfriend and I had time to kill between getting off the plane and our room being ready so we opted for pedis and I got a full set. It was early in the morning and I was so exhausted, the lady offered us a couple chairs to take a nap in! We declined, but that's incredible customer service lol. And my nails and toes look fabulous ? the mimosa was good too

I have given this location many many chances and a friend whom comes along occasionally, can attest to that. My last visit, I really feel like I hit the jackpot with Nora. She did amazing and then I went back today and again, felt confident about Nora. This wasn't her fault but she did get a little attitude when I wasn't able to find a different color than the one I needed. Any shades of white are popular in our area so it's concerning out of all the colors available, they can't keep different shades of white in stock.
Nora is amazing but the business itself fails for not having common colors on hand.
This photo is from when she did a wonderful job. I was sincerely hoping for the same in my desired color as my last child will be graduating and I'm attempting to prepare while working seven days a week.
Nora, you were wrong to be so rude to me about my color choice. I'm the paying customer and no one at your establishment had the right to talk to me as if I was wrong for my choice. You need to do better by your customer and so does the business you work for.

Hailey was phenomenal. She was patient, kind and very cooperative. And with all that, my nails were fire!

Great place! Sanitized tools, nicely decorated, comfortable massage chairs, friendly people. I had Hailey and she was amazing! I upordered and had the best foot massage ever. Her massage on my hands helped the arthritis. Her attention to detail was perfect. My nails look fabulous! Wish they were in my home town!

I have been coming here for years for pedicures and the one time i decided to get a manicure (dip) it didn't even last a week. I didn't want new nails. I wanted my money back. I don't want another manicure where it's going to come off in another week. Needless to say they said the only thing they could do was re-do them. Lost a loyal customer
