I love this Lush location! The moment you walk in, the scent is pure bliss. The handwashing stations are such a treat. A special shout-out to Rose, Zadie, and Krista—cheerful, friendly, and incredibly helpful! Every visit is a wonderful experience. 🌿💛

I’ve been using lush products for years but Krista really pushed the standards high. She was amazing throughout everything from, helping me pick the right products and gave recommendations and samples! I so recommend her whenever you go in because she is a star!

We had the absolute BEST experience at LUSH while we were in vacation. Sara was so knowledgeable about every single product. Her positive energy and enthusiasm was contagious! She got to know us and made some great suggestions for items! We even brought the rest of the family back later in the week and they were treated just as amazing! (Even our fur baby) This is a MUST next time we are in town!

When we walked in we were greeted and they kindly let us know to ask us if we had any questions. When we did they were really helpful and knowledgeable especially Danny and Emily. They made it an amazing experience and we will definitely be back

We had the best experience with Rose at Lush! She was the absolute sweetest and went above and beyond to make my kids feel special. She took her time with each of them, explaining everything and letting them explore the products in such a fun, patient way. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys what they do and makes others feel so cared for. Thank you, Rose, for making our visit such a great memory!

Lush is always my favorite store to go in seriously ANY AND EVERY LOCATION BECAUSE of the staff!! I am not sure if it’s the onboarding, the hiring, the training, or all of the above but it’s always above par! Now the Destin location was honestly my best experience at lush! I believe it was Krista that was checking me out, and I asked a simple question for moisturizer and she went above and beyond! Talked to me about a moisturizer and I ended up getting the kit!! Then I mentioned dark circles and she sampled me out some, then mentioned my daughter with ezcema, and she recommended a soap! I never felt like she was trying to meet a goal it was just genuine service! Rose with the fun glasses had great customer service, she never tried to poach the customer she just was reaffirming all of Krista’s suggestions! There was also a gentleman I forgot his name that helped me with the playdoh soap and followed up several time and helped my sister out as well!! Sorry for the long review but LUSH IS DESTIN you have phenomenal employees, that care about the customer, seem to love what they do, and are very knowledgeable about products to recommend and answer all the questions! THANK YOU!
