My daughter and I went by Lush this morning to do some Christmas shopping and met Al who was so precious, informative and helpful. I wish all of my favorite stores had someone like her! It's so rare to have sales personnel who want to help customers any more, much less make them feel special. Such a lovely person and a wonderful time shopping! Can't wait to come back!

I went in to stock up on a few items because I am relocating & where I will be living does not have a lush nearby so trying new items won’t be an option unless I’m willing to buy an entire product without testing it. Additionally, the minimum spend is $70 for free shipping & I don’t usually spend that much when I go.
Shakeira was so helpful going over some of the products I wanted to try. She shared personal experiences of the products she had tried based on the goals I wanted & told me which to probably avoid for my sensitive skin. She was so great & made my last experience at that location amazing. I hate that I’m moving.

We ran to lush this morning before catching a flight and we had the BEST experience with Al! It was my friend’s birthday and Al gave her some samples and a little birthday present! It was so freaking sweet! I am from Ohio and let me just say- this lush was AMAZING compared to the ones back home! Thanks Al for making our day!

Bailey and Al were absolutely amazing! We went down to Destin to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Hands down one of the best birthdays ever (and Mammas- it’s one of the easiest!). We were able to reserve the store 2 hours before opening to make bubble bars, learn about Lush, sample, and private shopping! Bailey and Al were fabulous with 3 pre-teens and a 1 year old!! The wonderful party bags were an added bonus.
Highly recommend booking a party with them!!

I stopped by today to get myself a little vacation treat since I do not have a LUSH store locally. I had a lovely time smelling and exploring all the products, and when I needed a bit of help Zady swept in to save the day. She and I had a great conversation as she walked me through amazing product recommendations and made sure to send me home with some very nice samples of things I was wanting to try. She was very knowledgeable of the products and an absolute delight to shop with. Thank you Zady, you are fantastic at your job❤️

This was my first time in a LUSH and Al took the time to help and explain everything, and was so accommodating. 10/10 experience because of Al and her amazing level of customer service.

Best experience I've had at a LUSH store and I have been there quite a few times. The worker, I think her name is Al, was so friendly and accommodating. She was so relatable and even decided to be so kind as to gift us some LUSH products to take home and try out. Overall this was such a fun girls day made better by this lovely worker.

Visited Lush today! Enjoyed meeting Inaria and her sweet disposition to help us was wonderful! She went above and beyond to make our visit memorable! Al was great at the register and very nice as well!
