Honestly, I haven't been to a store yet where the employees aren't helpful! All the other designer stores could take some training from this one. My daughter walked out with a brand of pants she's never tried and loved. The employees are always patient and ready to let her try on everything until she finds the perfect fit and style.

Bought 6 pairs of denim at this Destin location one of the six pairs was damaged.. I didn’t want to refund on the pair of denim. I just wanted to exchange the same pair out. The damage pair were never worn. I was told by the store manager Kerry, That she would do a return, but she will not exchange them out.. Because she New at the time was purchase it was a better deal so returning them and re-purchasing them I would’ve had to pay $20 more.. It’s not about the $20. It’s about the product and the way that she talk to me. And I quote she told me to call her district manager, so I did. I went back into her store and said hey you’re in the wrong can you please just do the exchanged she said she isn’t doing it she doesn’t care what the DM said..and asked me to leave her store.. so I did .. what a shame I’ll go to Buckle ..

I stopped in to grab a pair of jeans for my brother for Christmas and a pair of new jeans for myself. Carrie and Mirka were AMAZING! They helped me find the perfect jeans and were the absolute sweetest! This is my new go-to place for jeans in Destin!

would be zero stars if i could. absolutely not supporting this place anymore, walked in to buy jeans which aren't cheap. i've gained a few pounds so I didn't know my size and the girl working behind the counter snickered and mocked me. i'm a girls girl who supports everyone, and I should feel comfortable going to any store buying clothing. it's just really sad how companies have no care on how employees treat other people. it's 2023 no size fits everyone. grow up and stop acting like you're in high school fat shaming people.
