As soon as I walked in the store this afternoon/ early evening I was greeted with a warm smile and a hello. I told this young lady that she was the first person that was nice, polite, and friendly in all the stores on the walkway. The store had a few groups of people and she was helping all of us, as she was the only one working. Keep this young lady she is a true blessing to this store and your company.

Was there on May 23rd, bought a pair of sandles. Realized they ran small and went back in to swap to a larger size. The girl at the register was extremely rude to me about it. I even apologized and don't know why I felt I had to. She didn't even respond. She obviously hates her job which is not my fault. She should not work retail. I'm far from being a Karen but she deserves this review.

The Life is Good store had always been one of my family's favorite stores until this evening when we had the misfortune of having to deal with the rudest employee I have ever experienced. My son and his friend were picking out sunglasses and I asked her if she had a clothe I could use to wipe the glasses off so I could check for any scratches before they purchased them, she replied "I only have a napkin, probably not anything you want". We went ahead and purchased the first pair which we told her we were charged too much but she never apologized only became more hateful and now she had to refund us the difference. I asked her for a bag for them because I wanted to clean them before she wore them, she then said to me "you are rude and snarky". I would like to know when asking for a bag gives a salesperson the right to insult the customer. I told her she was very rude and had no right to be so hateful. We put our other purchase on the counter and left, after that I had no desire to purchase anything from the store due to the employee.

We purposely chose Destin as our New Year’s vacation spot, to visit your store for a Christmas gift. We were disappointed by the unfriendly staff, who took down sale signs in front of us, and were not helpful. The shirt we ended up buying was $10 cheaper online. Our Life Is Good store in Massachusetts was a much better place, overall, and I see no need to return to the Destin store. ☹️

Absolutely loved coming to this store! Life is Good is a positive brand and the employee that was there was very helpful pointing out the sales they had going on. Crusher tees are amazing and comfortable!We will be back on our next visit!!

Not only are their t-shirts extremely comfortable and long-lasting, but the designs are simply fun and really appealing! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place to shop. I love this store!

Wonderful service. The workers were a delight and the fudge was so good. We loved the awesome singing and we will make a point to come here every time we are in the Destin, Florida area.
