Customer service is horrible. My first time in this location.. I was picking up an order and the woman who I think was the assistant manager, made me feel like I was such an inconvenience to her to have her do ur job and get my order! Easy work but such a bad attitude!
The next time I went in.. today.. 5 employees working- pretty sure one was the manager or assistant manager- same girl who got my order for me.. they had people waiting for fitting rooms, waiting to be checked out, and all while these employees are either just walking around or chatting with each other. It’s 5pm on a Wednesday. I would have loved to have bought stuff but I’m not going to give them my business ..will just go online and order.

Not very friendly. They have all these sales, but nothing is priced. I attempted to purchase a pair of shorts and had to wait until I brought the shorts to The Counter to find out what the price was and it was not on sale with all the other items on the table. For an outlet store this is a ripoff.
