Driving through from Texas and wanted to stop and check it out. Would not let me in even though closing time was at 7PM. Arrived at 6:56 and she wouldnt even hear what i had to say. Had to run back to the car is why it says 7:58. So bummed. Poor customer service.

Excellent customer service! I wish that I could remember the names of the two women that serviced my husband and I. They were just wonderful and very helpful.

Best store in this outlet mall, just wish they had more stuff than just plain Lacoste, I loved the Lacoste store in Houston, that’s where I got my Minecraft Lacoste tee

I order a shoe from online and according the page it says it delivered but i didn't even get email notification about it and top of that i checked everywhere in my mail box but it wasn't there or anywhere in my door. Living in private apartment never happen something like someone will take your box even if it stays there weeks. I send an email to lacoste but never heard from them back either. So had a bad experience with a brand i love.
