Ben, Tom, Tyler, and the rest of the team did an outstanding job, and the overall cost of their scope of work was very reasonable. As is so rare these days, they were skilled craftsmen that cared about the quality of work, and were not rushed to get to the next job. The planning and design process was efficient and enjoyable, and the team provided valuable input and guidance throughout the entire process. They were extremely helpful with coordinating and interfacing with the plumbing, electrical, and countertop subcontractors, which was invaluable as we were coordinating the various trades associated with the renovation. We would highly recommend them for any cabinet project.”

The front office ensured that extra stops were on hand prior to installation in case of inadvertent damage but they were ultimately not needed. The installers, Chris and Forrest, were fantastic and their careful attention to detail resulted in an excellent end product. Will definitely use again for future projects.”

“2024- still a customer 20+ years now-Local Builder... Shannon's #1... I have worked with Ferguson for over 15 years. I can't say everything's always been perfect but they always make it right for me. Had worked with Shannon for years until she was promoted, which was well deserved. Continued to work several years with Kat until she recently retired. Very sad to see her go but even as the manager Shannon has stepped in to handle our account and has done an excellent job as always. Their supply chain is second to none. Even when my main contact is tied up all of the other sales people have always been very cordial to look up things and help assist in any way they can if I needed immediate help. Why someone would give them a low rating when they failed to call ahead and make an appointment is beyond me. I guess people mainly like to voice their opinion online when they have a complaint. I was dissatisfied with the call center call routing when I called but Shannon even fixed that for me. I would highly recommend Shannon and have dealt with other Ferguson's in different cities with equal satisfaction.”
