Sice I told them I am not interested in Life insurance. Trying to get in touch with an agent is impossible. That was the main reason i moved from another office in Niceville, but it seems like a StateFarm trend to me.

State farm insurance is terrible. Been with for 6year and when I put a claim for my roof they have decided to drop me and reported me and can't find insurance to insure my house.....I can't believe they did this to me..

Used to love state farm until they started jacking my rates up every month. I have a stellar driving record too so I have no idea why it's jumped from 86 to 98 bucks in such a short time but I'm about to cancel and go elsewhere. I can't afford to stay with them anymore sadly.

I've been a State Farm customer for 20 YEARS. Not anymore. My rate just went up to a ridiculous amount because of what other people have done; I've had no claims or accidents or tickets or any blemishes on my driving record. The multi-line discount was a joke. My State Farm agent in Chattanooga, TN was extremely friendly and helpful and always went above and beyond--complete opposite of Jim Lifau's office. His staff has never been anything but short and indifferent and cold and unfeeling any time I've spoken with them. They have never exhibited a care in the world for my business. I spoke with Michael when I last called and let him know I'd been a customer for so long and that if he wanted to keep me as a customer, he needed to do something. He said they could only add something to my vehicle to track me and my driving. I told him I'm not interested in that and he said there was nothing else he could do. I now have a MUCH less expensive renter and auto insurance premiums. It was a joy speaking to that insurance agent; he was so kind and caring, the complete opposite of Michael. I just hung up the phone with Michael. When I told him I wanted to cancel both policies with them, he was too happy to lose me as a customer. I guess big companies like State Farm don't care about customer loyalty anymore. I'm so happy to be done with them!!!

I have been a State Farm customer since 2004-almost 20 YEARS-when I bought my first home. At that time, I switched my vehicle coverage to SF, also. I received my bill. $132 per month. I’ve a 2017 Honda CRV Touring with NO accidents or tickets and NO claims in 10 YEARS. And they just sent me a bill for $132. That’s with all the safety/claim-free/multi policy discounts. I just hung up with Michael. Apparently, there have been multiple claims paid out for my vehicle model; NONE WERE FROM ME, but I’m being penalized and am now being charged more. According to Michael, “That’s just how insurance works.”. When I asked what about my 20 year loyalty, he only offered the option of my installing something on my vehicle which I’m not doing. I told him if my 20 years of loyalty didn’t matter, I was going to switch to another company and this was his chance to save my business. He told me no other discounts were available and then said something smug like, “If you have no further questions, have a good day” I don’t even think he wished me (supposedly, like a good neighbor) a good day. He did nothing to save me as a customer; he was just smug and condescending. Message received. I’m switching coverage ASAP.
