They did a phenomenal job on resetting my rings! It was originally 2 diamond rings I had been wanting to put together to create a one of a kind piece that represents my taste. A generous sized 3 stone princess cut diamond ring and a 2.5 ct pear cut diamond solitaire. I brought in my rings with my idea, and they were happy to help. They swapped the center princess cut stone in its setting with the big solitaire diamond, also with its setting. Doing this created a fabulous substantial ring and an additional, very nice size princess cut solitaire ring as well. I liked the results so much that I left another ring for them to resize as well. I’ve been here a couple times now to get two watches fixed. Both times the jeweler that I spoke with fixed my issues on the spot. In fact, one of those times he didn’t even charge me and just fixed it out of kindness. My experience has been first come first serve, so you may have to wait a few minutes if they are helping someone else, but you will get the same attention when it’s your turn. I mention this in the review bc both visits I’ve witnessed some customers in line that weren’t happy with waiting. I would definitely recommend their workbench if you need something fixed.

I’ve gone here for years & the older gentleman is very nice & the blonde German guy that works the cash register. The dark haired guy though that fixes jewelry is so rude! I feel like I have to be prepared for an argument every time I walk in. I stopped coming here because of him. He over charges, is nasty acting. Even told me he’d take a stone out of a piece of jewelry he just fixed for over double the quoted amount & 3x longer than they said to fix it. Most of the jewelry he repaired broke within a couple of weeks. I give it 2 stars because the other two guys are so nice & try to make it right even with this guy working there.

My fiancé and I had a promise ring that had been stuck to his finger after some swelling and with one call away the wonderful workers cut it off free of charge. Wonderful and sweet customer service. Definitely returning!

Took my ring to be cleaned and re-tipped awhile ago... was horrible. Looked like they dripped globs of metal on the ring. Had to take my ring to another jeweler to get appropriately repaired.

I took my rope chain in to be repaired the clasp was broken. When I went to pick it up they gave me the wrong chain back! It was much thinner and the color was even off. I kept telling them it wasn't mine but at that point it was my word against theirs. As soon as I got home my bf was like that's definitely not yours. I called the jeweler he bought it from but they didn't have the receipt anymore because it was from a year ago, so I had no proof. Long story short do NOT take your jewelry here!

I was on vacation in destin where I proposed to my gf, I ended up having the wrong size by two sizes… Jewelers Workbench was amazing to me, they resolved my situation all within a couple hours. I’m sure timing was of the essence for my particular situation but the big box stores wouldn’t even entertain my story. Jewelers Workbench saved the day .

My husband and I were renewing our vows on Family Vacay 2021 and I wanted to get my him a new ring to commerate the occasion and this place was HANDS DOWN, the BEST. The owner is really friendly and he sold me a diamond ring ? for my husband with large diamonds ( it's absolutely BEAUTIFUL) and the PRICE could not have been better. We got home and went to our jeweler to have the ring sized and he asked how much I paid for it and I told him $1,200 and he said that I STOLE it because it's ACTUAL VALUE is about $ 3,000. Do yourself a HUGE FAVOR AND go to the Jewelers Workbench in Destin, Florida for ALL of your jewelery PURCHASES. You will DEFINITELY be glad you did.

Wanted to buy our kids a nice piece of jewelry from Destin so that would always have a memory of our family vacations. Everyone was so nice and helpful, and we found a perfect Diamond palm tree for our daughters necklace. Also found a shipwreck coin with bezel and bale for one of our boys.
