What should have taken less than an hour took 2 1/2 hours .There was only one person there who answered phones and when someone came into the office.There should always be 2 people to help out front desk matters.Plus I had hear an irate customer who came for 15 minutes.

Had my 2021,and 2022 taxes done at this location. Aimee Stokes was amazing. A delightful experience. She was very patient,and very professional.I am so glad I made my appointment and had a very pleasant experience and she is superb at her job.Again,great experience.

The employee who worked with me, Michelle in Destin, was very professional, very helpful (as I had had trouble with my 2020 taxes), and very fasting getting the taxes done. I am very satisfied.

I've been doing my taxes with Jackson Hewitt since 2014. This is the first time I've had to pay triple what I usually pay for my taxes. All I can say is I think I paid way to much to get my taxes done this year and i might have to start looking for other ways to do my taxes next time.

I usually file taxes myself but was experiencing difficulty with Turbo tax .This year I filed with Jackson Hewitt I was suprisngly impressed by the great customer service and professionalism of my tax preparer. Will definetly return next year.

Michelle is so amazing. She really explained everything to me and made sure I got the most back. I have used other services before but Michelle made me comfortable and was so knowledgeable. I don’t think I will be going to anyone but her from now on.

You will be glad you did.....and don't forget to include that W-2 you dropped under the kitchen table when you were frustrated and ready to give up.
