Store employee/manager with short grey hair and glasses always makes us feel uncomfortable every time we shop. She stalks us and is always frantically asking if everyone is “still doing ok” at least 10-15 times per individual shopper. It’s unsettling and quite frankly concerning. Employees should never make customers feel uncomfortable. There is a huge difference from good customer service and stalking shoppers and their families. Questioning a retailer’s employees mental health is not something I should be stressing when shopping for clothes. I hope the district manager will review these concerning reviews.

Christi the manager of this store was so rude… I am baffled by the experience I had with this women while shopping in this store. She reeked of cigarettes… as I walked in I witnessed her outside smoking in front of the store. Bad business…

Christi or whatever her name is, I think she is Manager, was so rude. Very judgemental. I left the store feeling sick to my stomach. Please shop elsewhere! Buyer beware!!!!!

Make sure you budget time for the line to check out. The online order pickup being in the same line is a train wreck.

Understaffed and lack of urgency. Stood in line for 45 minutes on a slow day for one item. Manager seemed annoyed when even asked about the issue.

Good pricing, love J Crew. This store left the security tags on several pairs of shorts I bought. Hugely inconvenient because I didn't realize til I got home, 2 hours away.

Been going here for 12 years. I don't buy every season, but most seasons I do update my wardrobe. Great looking, dapper clothes for men and women, and the prices are supper cheap. Enough apparel available you can avoid buying China products.

The prices were better than most of the stores I went to in the same mall with the different promotions they had, the clothes are a good quality and there's a fair variety.
