Beware... if you purchase something to be picked up at a later time, MAKE SURE to video tape the item before/ IN the store/ and video and audio tape conversations you have with the workers there, esp. if with the rude store manager, Jillian... who will switch up her words to be convenient to her, and the workers (in this case Marcus) who will have sudden amnesia...

Always find something for the house, but can't stay in there too long. Gets a bit claustrophobic! Things falling in the floor because they are so crammed in all the shelfs.

This is a very large Home Good's store. It is stocked as much as you would like, maybe more. It is really clean. You should check it out.

Feb 6,2024 at 9:40am. Manager with the dark hair was extremely rude and confrontational to me for no reason. Came in with a return literally no other customers in the store. I passed six employees on my way to the register that were restocking not one greeted me. I got up to the register. There were four with lights on and No associates. I just stood there very obviously, waiting patiently Until the manager finally noticed me. She directed me to go to registered 2. I did as I was told and then I continue to sit there and wait while no associate came over to help me. The manager continued with her back towards me to have a conversation with another employee. After a few minutes, I asked her if there was anyone coming to which she snapped at me and said I'm sorry I'm dealing with a customer issue. I said I'm sorry, but I am also a customer and you literally have six other employees just standing around here. Then she snap back. I told someone to come, but I guess they didn't hear me. How Is this lady a manager? Her tone of voice to me was rude and argumentative for no reason. Even one of the employees looked shocked. I did my return finally and that lady was lovely and left.

The items in this store are fabulous! The prices are incredibly low. Friendly staff and great service.I think some of the items are one in a million, so shop often, once they're gone, that's it!
