There was a very rude lady who literally closed the fitting room in a customers face. When I spoke up to say something she said “well we close in 30mins”. I said “so she can’t just try and her clothes on you have literally 30mins left”. She said “no it’s out policy”.
That’s not cool. I can see if you already started shutting down the fitting room but they were standing there waiting to go in.
Just completely rude.

A bunch of construction/damage inside. Employees loudly socialize with each other yet ignore the customers. Fairly underwhelming selections. Pretty sure the people in front of us stole things or paid with fraudulent cards; they took off running once they were out of the store. We won't be back & don't recommend this location. -Oh & I was supposed to automatically get 15% off of my next purchase, but the discount didn't apply, so I was charged full price on my items.

We went in around 1:20pm on Friday and the young lady at the register was very nice and friendly. I can't remember her name but she did a great job. Good Customer service really makes your experience.

Love the store (brand H&M) for the past 30 years. Started buying way back when in Europe. Now this store has become unkept cluttered disorganized and makes it hard to want to shop there. Far cry from the last experience where it was organized and a calm feeling and one could peruse and enjoy shopping

It would be nice if the store hour’s coordinate with what it says online. Google and the website say they close at 9pm. Multiple times have arrived around 7pm, not on a Sunday, and the doors are locked. Walked across the street back to my car and saw at least 5 different groups of people try to go in. Not sure if it’s a management or staffing issue, but sure won’t be wasting my time at this store anymore.
