“I must say, Michele and Melton were lifesavers! These two employees went above and beyond to help me with my purchase of patio chairs. They kept me informed as they located the chairs in boxes, had to move other merchandise to free up space to retrieve the large boxes from the top shelf in the garden center, and as they navigated the best way to get them to my car. I might add, before Michele helped me, a separate employee (female) before her seemed too busy to help and suggested I buy the chairs online. Michele was a breath of fresh air and Melton was the hero to make magic happen. My sincere thanks to Home Depot and these two wonderful employees.”

We couldn’t find it anywhere so I asked a floor associate, he looked it up on his device & found that it was up at the very top in the storage on a back isle. He got a big ladder, found the boxes of the item & got me a pack out. I was so grateful, we had been to 3 stores already looking for this item. “Came in for a saw-zaw , left with a mini DeWalt single handed one instead . A lil bit more than I intended to spend. But I explained my situation to there sails rep Josh and he convinced me that what I needed was the smaller version battery powered. I'm here to say he was right !! It shaved hours off what I had going on . I was planning to hang over the edge with a full sized two handed tool to cut some stuff and pull it up before it fell with rope tied to it. This gave me a free hand. Your a life saver man !”
