Made an 'appointment' to drop my car off for a patch/plug and an oil change. I guess I should have asked how many cars were infront of me because it took 4 hours AND I had to call THEM for an update. What's the point of making an appointment? Poor customer service. The men were condescending and rude. I won't be back.

I was visiting Destin in a rental when I got a flat tire. Rental company basically told me "deal with it" and locked the door and left (literally). Danny at Goodyear had my back. He booked me in (I had to sit and wait, no other way around), managed to get me in over an hour earlier than promised, got my tire fixed, checked/fixed the *other* tires, and still did me a very fair deal on everything. 10/10 would recommend. If this shop wasn't 14 hours away, I would go here anytime I needed it. Thank you!

After I called my dealership to get a quote of nearly $2000 for 4 tires. I then called this store in desperation (while stranded on the side of I10 waiting for my tow truck) due to hitting something and blowing two tires. I called this Goodyear, because it was in the location I was heading to for an extended weekend. Steve answered my call he listened intently and helped me solve my problem. He quickly placed a special order for my tires. The tires were in my 9am the next morning and I had my car by 10am! They were also sure to take my car on a test drive and did an alignment as well. I cannot thank this team enough for helping me with the upmost professionalism and compassion.
I also wanted to mention that my bill was 25% less than the Audi dealer and only a fraction of the time to wait on my car!!!

The assistant service manager Mike is extremely helpful and a genuinely kind person. He is honest, patient and goes the extra mile to troubleshoot any issues you are having. He has helped us with multiple cars and has never let us down!
