I visited the store for the first time today and will not go back. The employee working there was rude. I reached to look at a book sitting in a basket with ornaments and one of the ornaments dropped and broke. I apologized profusely, and the employee looked down and in an annoyed tone told me to just leave it there. I was ignored the remainder of the time .. I guess as punishment! Never again!!!

My husband went in the other day to grab something for a party I was hosting and said the person working could not be more rude. Made a comment that if you are planning a party you should plan in more advance and was not helpful at all. So disappointed to hear that a small business would treat locals like this but will definitely n to be returning or giving any business here. Once talking to my group of friends about this they said they had similar experiences with the same person. A little friendliness goes a long way!

The merch is adorable. I've been in the store several times. Usually, I'm ignored. Fine with me! However, the last time I was in there, the woman behind the counter was pompous & rude. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend the place to anyone.

My husband and stopped by this shop today. I have to say it was the most unpleasant experience we have had in a gift shop. When we entered the store, no one welcomed us in, we walked through looking at the beautiful gifts while the associate sat at the register the entire time with her head down on her phone. It was so awkward. We were in there maybe 15 minutes and never acknowledged. There was another customer in the store she got the same unfriendly welcome as we did. I had wanted to purchase 2 items for our daughters but decided to spend our money with someone that appreciates it.
