This store was so cute! The staff was lackluster. Overall the store has nice dainty items and clothing. Love that most jewelery is waterproof.

Tried to shop at the Destin commons location, and this is how they provide service. No one says hi, tons of teens or college friends just sitting around, and no help whatsoever. 🙄👎 #Service #Teens #Friends #Help

The store is so cute but the staff makes you feel as if you are being judged the whole time, I wasn’t greeted when I walked and the were no employees on the floor in the past three times I’ve been. Every time I’ve been in though all the employees have been behind the register (like 3 or 4 girls) and have been on their phones or giving me judgmental looks when I’m shopping ( I go in more for buying decor or accessories then the clothes as I’m plus size) this store would be great if the atmosphere felt more inviting. I wish the employees reflected how the store looked.

Very rude staff. Don’t recommend. Go somewhere else for your purchases if at all possible.I felt pressured, then was singled out and embarrassed. The employee told me that she had 100 pairs of Birkenstocks to seemingly make me feel belittled when I asked questions. Then the male employee grabbed the shoes I was trying on, and took them to the counter while I was still trying to find out y them on and figure out which pair I have wanted. He packed them up and rushed me out. There were multiple other comments and things as well. I was disappointed because I always go there when we’re in Destin, which is a few times a year.

This review is for this location, not the brand itself. With several items in my hand, and probably 10 other customers in the store, music was abruptly cut off with the announcement, "ladies, the store is closing. We close at seven, and it's seven." We were basically corralled out of the store. I had to just lay everything down. This is typically a favorite store (brand) of mine and I was really disappointed in the unprofessional behavior of the staff at closing time.

This is at the outlet mall right next to Tory Burch! The staff is very helpful. I'm plus size, which most of the time can be hard to find and shop for. I love that Francesca's goes up to a 3X. They had a large clearance section and I was able to get a body suit and dress for $20. Such a steal! Stop in here if you need some clothes. Great items, great prices, and great staff!

Beautiful store. Have a lot of cute trinkets. Was searching for a New Years outfit and staff was totally helpful. They were able to put a outfit together for me and find me some really cute jewelry. Had such a fun time trying things on and Paitin ( I believe that was her name ) helped me. Will be a lifetime customer!

I love this store. I got $50 pairs of shoes and boots for $20 here. What a Deal!!!! Staff was helpful and friendly. My boots are pointy assassin shoes I would see on Mrs. Perkins on John Wick. My wedge mules are a five inch delight. Will come back here again!
