Free vacuum = LIE
Also, the worker is a rude jerk that ignored me for 15 minutes sitting in a vacuum spot. Then when I went to ask him if he could turn on the vacuum he threw his hand up at me and in a pissy way lectured me about how the vacuum is not free unless you use the car wash.

I’d leave zero if I could. Reviews are great but the customer service I just received was insanely poor. I went for a wash and vacuum. There was 6 or 7 cars in line for a wash so I figured I would just do make vacuum first and then hop in line! Considering there’s nothing blocking anyone from pulling right up to the vacuums, and no sign that says otherwise, why wouldn’t that be allowed? As I have on more floorboard left, the attendant comes around yelling at me that the vacuums cost money. I said I’m getting a wash right after this! She said I had to get a wash before, and then stood by my door telling me I needed to stop now and that policy is a wash then vacuuming, and told me it’s people like me who make her job difficult? For simply vacuuming before the wash? Like I said, there are zero signs that say that, maybe they should invest in a few of those instead of all the signs for their memberships? Also the HUGE business sign that you see from 98 says FREE vacuum, so I suppose that’s misleading, should clarify free AFTER the wash. I pulled out of the parking lot when I had every intention of getting a car wash, because why would I now spend my money at a place that lets their employees talk to people like that?

No frill car wash for $8.00 which is hard to beat in Destin. Includes vacuuming, glass cleaner, and upholstery cleaner..

This is very unprofessional behavior for your customers. I've used Executive Express Carwash for many years - this type of behavior by your employees makes me never want to come here again! The employee wouldn't give me her name, had no name tag and used profanity when I asked why she turned off the machine as I was vacuuming my car! Never again and I already canceled my membership!

They do a pre bug spray and the young man on Sunday did a great job. Vacuums are free and work great. A very good experience

So on September 19th,\nI went to the car wash and my back windshield shattered. contacted the owner and was in communication with him for a couple days but it was going nowhere. Took zero responsibility and was completely defensive. I just got my car a couple months ago from the dealership. It’s a 2021 Volkswagen so pretty new. The owner kept trying to blame it on the weather and me saying that there was a chip in the windshield. That his car wash is “state of the art”. This is not the only time that a back windshield has shattered at this car wash. It’s kind of concerning because this place just opened a couple months ago. The owner tried to scare me off by saying I was slandering his business by just stating facts. My car was completely fine before entering his car wash. The camera footage showed nothing because there was no camera in the middle of his car wash where it happened. Something nicked my back windshield. There’s no way there was a chip in back windshield, or it was due to weather. I was completely understanding at first but now I’m just frankly disappointed. It’s gonna cost me $750 to replace the windshield and re-tent the window. Im newly graduated college student trying to start my life in Santa Rosa Beach. Now have to create another headache and go to small claims court. Save your money and go to Ottos like everyone else.

I don't think free means what you think it means. "Free" after you pay money is the actual exact opposite of that word. I think the word you are searching for in included. I would suggest taking the weird free you have plastered all over your building down. Highly suggest you go to Ottos, they at least know what words mean and have a much friendly staff!
