Absolutely love this place. From searching for a piece to receiving it, I was helped and kept informed throughout the entire process. Priscilla helped me find a piece I had been searching for for over a year and a half. She then ordered it, send pictures and once I purchased it she personally kept me informed about it being shipped and when it arrived, as I was away. She helped me through the entire process and was so sweet. I never even stepped into the store but given this experience I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

It has been two years since my husband passed away. I wanted to combine the sapphire (which was really my engagement ring) with the wedding ring I'd worn for 36 years. Bob at Emerald Lady looked at my rough sketch and made a rough sketch of his own. The results are stunning. I highly recommend Emerald Lady for any custom jewelry. I couldn't be happier with the result which I can wear on one hand.

Purchased an engagement ring from them about 6 months ago. It was a wonderful experience. They were always pitching new ideas to stay within my budget. Never tried to change it to a higher budget. Walked out with an amazing ring that we still get compliments on. Service and products 10/10.

I went in to see if my clasp could be soldered As I had lost it three times from falling off of the chain. The owner was very truthful Instead of the class needed to be repaired and not soldered. He immediately repaired it for me without cost. Thank you

Covid protocol - mask required and limited customers. The staff was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Wide selection from under $100 to well over $10,000. Worth a visit, you might find something you have been looking for or take back a treasured memento from your trip to the Destin area.

Fantastic owners!! Not everyone wants to share their personal health issues, pandemic or not. As someone who IS immune compromised I felt very safe in this store. There is absolutely nothing wrong with strict guidelines wether you agree or not (be thoughtful of others). BEAUTIFUL unique jewelry like I have never seen other places. Warm and kind owners looking after others safety along with their own. They even referred us to how to handle an issue to another business. Class act. This is a revised version of my previous post. I was very emotional and rushed and should have waited until I had settled down before posting anything in a review. My sincere apologies to the owners...it was not their fault that we were in a hurry. Anyway, I had been trying to get to this store during my whole trip because of the great advertisements I had seen in the tourist brochures. However, when trying to squeeze in as many activities as you can during a first time visit, it makes it difficult to get to everything, especially when the store closed at 5 pm each day. The owners had more mask restrictions than any other place we'd been, which was fine because we were already taking precautions by wearing masks before we ever got to the store (we have been vaccinated, but still take precautions for the safety of others). I was SO excited to see all their beautiful pieces that I had already spent alot of time reviewing on their extensive website. However, my glasses were fogging up and I couldn't see. So I pulled my mask down just slightly so I could look at the jewelry and was asked to pull my mask back up. I felt we were doing more than our part pertaining to COVID since 99% of the people we've seen here don't bother to wear a mask at all. I did what I was asked and also did my best to see the pieces I was interested in through my fogged glasses. The pricing was a little higher than expected, but I couldn't really get to the point of attempting negotiations because we just didn't have enough time and I couldn't see well enough to keep looking. Overall, I think they have an excellent website that showcases their offerings and they have some beautiful, unique pieces. I love turtles and would have loved to have talked pricing further on a specific piece, but we just didn't have the time. I was disappointed because I really wanted a nice piece of jewelry to commemorate our 25th anniversary. Maybe we can do this next time if we're able to come back. My fiancé & I have had the most wonderful experience with the owners, Pricilla & Bob. I feel so blessed to have found this place! My fiancé & I got my engagement ring & wedding band from Emerald Lady & we got his great grandfather’s ring resized and refinished here as well (it looks beautiful). I am obsessed with my rings & feel we couldn’t of picked a better place to purchase them from! After shopping 3-4 years at chain jewelry stores for a simple but elegant wedding ring set (to no avail), I decided to visit Emerald Lady Jewelry - Priscilla and Bob are very personable, professional, and knowledgeable - they listened, offered recommendations, and ultimately exceeded our expectations - my husband replaced my wedding ring set of 30 years with the prettiest wedding set I have ever seen while Priscilla and Bob videoed - they participated in the whole design/purchase process - don't waste your time shopping chain jewelry stores, shop Emerald Lady Jewelry!
