I ordered an engagement and wedding band through emerald lady and I will say that I am very happy with the service they provided. They kept us in the loop the whole time about everything with the ring, helped with suggestions to make things easy, and were very kind through the entire process. If I had any questions they were answered right away. If I could go back in time I wouldn’t change anything. Definitely a shop worth working with

Just moved to the area and was looking to get my watch re-fitted. Bob and Priscilla are absolutely amazing people. You can tell they are genuinely happy and love what they do. I just had a newborn and Bob re-fitted my watch for free as a welcome gift, and he gave my wife a temporary ring re-sizer until she recovers. I couldn’t recommend them enough. Support local always. I just found my new jeweler! Thanks Bob, and Priscilla! I will be seeing you soon.

Hands down the absolute best jewelry store/jeweler me and my future husband have ever been to. When it's your turn in line to look at engagement rings, Bob is solely focused on you and really listened to your wants, needs, and concerns. They also have a wide variety of rings and a lot to choose from which is nice! Highly reccomend!

My husband got me a new wedding ring set. We chose Emerald lady and I absolutely loved being able to sit with my husband and choose it all online from the comfort of my home and see all the selections and carefully create something we loved. They made a gorgeous ring set for me and I adore mine.

Absolutely love this place. From searching for a piece to receiving it, I was helped and kept informed throughout the entire process. Priscilla helped me find a piece I had been searching for for over a year and a half. She then ordered it, send pictures and once I purchased it she personally kept me informed about it being shipped and when it arrived, as I was away. She helped me through the entire process and was so sweet. I never even stepped into the store but given this experience I will definitely be purchasing from them again!

Very nice owners. They still know their craft. I just had to get a new watch battery and they did that in no time! They also made my watch shine and look like new and while at it cleaned my ring (and told me how I can easily do it myself) for free. Next I will get my wedding band rhodium plated there! I saw some really nice bling, too! Nice gem to have on the Emerald Coast!

It has been two years since my husband passed away. I wanted to combine the sapphire (which was really my engagement ring) with the wedding ring I'd worn for 36 years. Bob at Emerald Lady looked at my rough sketch and made a rough sketch of his own. The results are stunning. I highly recommend Emerald Lady for any custom jewelry. I couldn't be happier with the result which I can wear on one hand.
