Rooms: The rooms were nice plenty of room. When we went to the hot tub. I said I probably should have ask for the rooms over seeing that area. But that’s fine, we enjoy all of it!
Nearby activities: Being on the premises to the harbor walk area was very convenient. When we learned what elevator to take for any activities (ie hot tub, spa and exercise room, parking area, pineapple elevator ) we were fine. Thanks to Kyle we were able to get good tickets for the sunset dolphin tour. It rained on us, but we got a raincheck. Valerie was very helpful in my morning visit with Club Wyndom.
Noteworthy details: Andrew and Caden were the best guys in the world. They both took care of us (ladies) and our luggage. They were patient and very attentive to placing our baggage on the luggage cart. They asked if we needed anything to call them. Wonderful!!!

Wow!! Emerald Grande was an amazing stay. From the front entrance, bellman, hotel staff, housekeeping, doormen, guests. Everyone was very attentive, kind, polite, professional and good spirited. SPECIAL shoutout to: JAMIE.. I love you! And STACEY.. My girl. You kept an eye on us. That says it all right there. We were in great hands! Emerald handle all of our needs. Heaven on earth. We didn't even have to leave the property for anything. It's all right there. Thank you Emerald. See you in 2025. Highly recommend!! ;)

We stayed at one of the Penthouse rooms with corner view . Enormous 3 bedroom 3 bathroom place with view of crab island and across from McGuires . You could easily enjoy the music from across on your own patio. Easy access to the harbor by taking the Pineapple Express. They have a beach shuttle and take you to a private beach too. Walk the Harbor Village to shop and near by restaurants too. Would definitely stay again at this place

Safety: Very safe, felt very secure.
Walkability: Plenty to do within walking range.
Food & drinks: Great restaurants in abundance nearby.

The location is great! We were right in the middle of everything going on with the water. Most places were within walking distance. The room was clean, but the down part was we needed to wash our own towels each day, because housekeeping’s washing machine was down. I’m a neat freak, and felt like the floors should’ve been mopped better and the counters wiped down more. Outside of that, we enjoyed the balcony and the jacuzzi and pool are wonderful. My babe loved the gym. He said it was better than expected. Drinks were good also! Oh…we stayed in the PentHouse suite. I might’ve should have added that?
Nearby activities: All excursions from dolphin watching, jet skis, fishing, banana boat, parasailing, zip lining and more.
Walkability: Most places are within a 10min walk. To include excursions, beach, and restaurants.

Hotel staff was great! Especially the bellman Andrew. He was very helpful getting luggage to and from the room and even helped us get a ride to the airport! Highly recommended!

View was spectacular
Service Great for some, but poor for others. Keys stopped working prior to departure. Items broken in the room. Had to push to get things fixed. They said they would do something and didn't do it. Rooms very spacious. Amenities fun and available. First place the concierge didn't schedule activities.
