Don’t try and get your watch sized here.Brought them a BRAND new watch to get sized. After 20 minutes of banging on it with a hammer.I’m left with a watch that’s loose and squeaky and I’m gonna have to order a new band for.Great!Extremely helpful. Made the band smaller. But destroyed it in the processWon’t ever be back.Thanks!

My transactions were handled quickly and efficiently by Renée. They involved immediate cash for a item that they bought, credit for an item I bought and holding an item for pawn. The rudest people on this planet, totally unhelpful. When I called a lady I spoke with was constantly interrupting me, never let me finish my sentence told me I was rude and then she hang up on me.

Iï¸ brought 8 pieces of jewelry to be appraised and possibly sold here. Employees were rude. Most importantly the owner was rude and unprofessional. Never received a call or follow up for items. Went by store 3 times to retrieve items and always met with excuses. Save your time and energy and do not give these people your business especially if it is jewelry related. Iï¸ would give zero stars if Iï¸ could.

Amazing place and great workers! They have searched for several items for me that were impossible to find. Not to mention they have done amazing work for me that others said could not be done. This place is the best and I recommend it to anyone in need of any jewelry help especially when it comes to custom made jewelry.
