I’m MAJOR OCD, EXTREMELY detail oriented & SUPER duper picky (i.e. I tend to be a difficult customer…); emerald coast customs was patient with me & made sure I got the exact results I was looking for. this business speaks volumes with ethical business practices & putting your safety on the road first. Just picked up our BMW 440i from having amp and speaker replacement. We found a water damaged, smoking, stinking amp and multiple blown speakers in a car we just bought. These guys diagnosed it, helped us find the most cost effective replacement and ended up replacing the entire speaker system due to damage from the amp. They did a really quality job on everything, found lots of existing issues that they repaired and turned it all around quickly. I appreciate Joe's (owner) personal involvement and management. Will definitely use them again! Glad they are here in Destin and we don't have to travel for really quality work.

I took my wife's 1979 firebird in for a radio upgrade. It had the original 8 track player in it so it was time.They did an amazing job on installing the new JVC unit with Sirius radio and Bluetooth.It looked factory even with the modifications that were needed to get the new unit to fit into a 44 year old vehicle.Looks good and sounds great.

Bought a new $4,000.00 Escort stealth RADAR detector and LiDAR jammer that was defective. Escort initially told me there was nothing wrong with the unit and it had been installed incorrectly by another shop. Went to Emerald Coast Customs and they did some trouble shooting only to discover the unit was defective after all. Roger, the manager, got in touch with Escort on my behalf and explained to them the unit was indeed defective. Roger secured all new components for me free of charge and quickly got my system working perfectly. Also, the price for all the labor was very low and fair. Take your business to Emerald Coast Customs and experience fantastic service and customer care. This is now my shop of choice. Also want to give a shout out to Landon at Emerald Coast Customs; Landon is a very bright kid with well-developed customer care skills as well.
