Ecco motors was great to deal with on our recent purchase of a golf cart to use at our vacation rental “Mimosa Manor”. We initially chose Ecco because of our familiarity with their service center, but when we did more research about carts and decided lithium batteries were the way to go we found Ecco to have great options and good value. Finally. We were undecided and probably spoke to Toni and Carie more times than most people to get information and they were very patient with us until we had enough information to chose the right cart for us.

Bought a golf cart aug/2021 the golf cart was delivered to my house two weeks later the windshield broke first time out on it plus I had to get it towed in due to it drops down from 25 mph to 18 mph with out warning between 14-18 miles I got the street legal icon i60l golf cart it’s beautiful but useless it’s not safe to drive on the road . Cared it to the shop for the warranty they noticed the factory installed the windshield wrong keep in mind they inspected it upon delivery and was supposed to fix everything yet they rigged it up and called it a day to replace the windshield under warranty it was going cost me more then I could buy the window my self was told by the guy at the warranty department he would help me out on the price for switching batteries yet the part department woman that contacted me told me she didn’t care she does the invoice not him so now I have $17000 cart setting in the garage useless . And about to fork out $3200 on a lawyer

In December, 2020, I had extensive work done on my golf cart, including new batteries and a new motor. The motor failed in September, 2021, so I called Ecco to come and fix it. They picked up my cart, complete with the key in the ignition (since it didn't run) in September and completed installing the new motor in mid-November. I was informed that the cart was done, and that with the new motor it was running between 26 and 29 MPH, but that the Service Manager wanted to talk to me about it. I said fine, and called the service number, which is on a perpetual "please leave a message," and left a message. Rod, the service manager then called me and left a message, as I wasn't available, and then I called back and left another message. I did this several times over more than a week before finally talking with Rod, and learned that what he wanted to talk with me about was to let me know that they would only warrant the new motor until the end of the year (the warranty period of the original motor), and that while the motor was under warranty, the cost of diagnosing that it was bad, the labor costs for removing and installing the new ones, plus various charges for shop supplies, etc, would still be charged ($248.25), and by the way, they noticed that the rear tires were worn, would I like them to put on two new ones while they had the cart. I declined. It still took several days to get my cart back, but when it was delivered there was no key. They said, they hadn't had a key for it, but then how did they know it would go it would go between 26 and 29 MPH? Besides, I KNOW the cart left with a key in it, as I was careful to take off my garage door opener and put the bare key in the ignition! Additionally, the grime from the technician handling the seats was still there, and even my name written on the windshield, in something that windex won't take off (I'm afraid to use a scraper or solvent on the windshield, but guess I'll have to end up doing that). All in all, a very unsatisfying experience with Ecco Motors.

My wife and I recently purchased a beautiful ICON i60 6 passenger LSV. We could not be more pleased with the whole experience with ECCO and especially Toni, our sales rep. Everything was handled by Toni and ECCO in a professional manner. We have thoroughly enjoyed our ICON and we would highly recommend Toni and ECCO to anyone shopping for a LSV.
