Traveling from out of town, coming from a very picky person, Penny was excellent help!! She made sure to help me find what was needed and was bringing me more items to try on that resembled what I was searching for!! Very impressed and would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs help!!

Don't buy any water sports products at Dicks. Had an oar snap on me on the fourth time out. Manager refused to return item because it had touched water

Jeff in the golf section really helped me out and gave me the full experience that I needed to get my new golf shafts I’ve had never had someone be so caring and always checking in on me making sure that I am OK. I just really appreciated it and you don’t see this type of service very often. If you need anything about golf, come to Dick‘s and see Jeff he will get you taken care of.

Bought a paddle here, returned immediately to return it because it wouldn't work with the paddle board I had. Never used the paddle but they found some moisture and sand on it and asserted as a fact that I used it. Even though it was never used, it just sat in a truck in Florida. They also over charged me for the paddle. The sticker said $89 but they charged $100.

I normally do not leave google reviews...but Penny was amazing. She helped my boyfriend find dress pants online and was very warm and welcoming. This is a big shout out to Penny for being so nice when most people are not anymore and lighting up our night.

Zero help. Staff appears annoyed. Very few sizes available in shoes or cleats. Cant call ahead to find out if they have stock. Waste of time, gas, patience. Avoid and go to hibbets instead.

I ordered a hat for pick up today. It was ready super quick. I opted for curbside pick up. I felt horrible making an employee walk a hat out but I had perishable groceries in the car. The gentleman who brought my order out was friendly and smiling without a hint of tourist related animosity, which I truly appreciated!

This location has a very loud alarm that goes off every night between 12am and 4am. It bothers everyone in the area. My whole condo building gets woken up every night. This needs to be fixed

John, whose hobbies are Car shows helped us out with some Stanley Tumblers. My sister in law sent them to us but the colors were not agreeable. He helped us with our exchange and really made us happy. Very friendly employee, and had really nice conversation with him. It is a great feeling meeting another good human being, I will totally continue coming here rather than to Pensacola!
