Destin Glass replaced two glass panels in our interior patio doors. The front office ensured that extra stops were on hand prior to installation in case of inadvertent damage but they were ultimately not needed. The installers, Chris and Forrest, were fantastic and their careful attention to detail resulted in an excellent end product. Will definitely use again for future projects.

had glass replaced in 5 windows in a few years back due to fogging. was told I had 10+ yr warranty. Glass re-fogged last year. I contacted them and was told "company has changed hands 4x in the last few years and will not honor warranty". Don't do business with them if you expect them to honor their workmanship

WORST customer service. I have called over 50 times this week (no joke). Left several voicemails. Still have yet to talk to anyone.

Wish I could give .5 stars. The only friendly people were the two original guys who came out to install, despite their boss telling them to continue with installation without having the appropriate parts. One of them was injured without telling me and after the initial installation I found myself cleaning up someone's blood throughout my bathroom, lovely. I as the consumer had to continue reaching out to see when the correct parts were received and when they could be installed. The amount of work I took off or had to have friends be at my home to try and fix these issues is ridiculous, I say 'is' because despite the last guy coming out to uninstall a wrong "waterproofing" piece that actually caused more water damage to my brand new floor said he would try to think of alternate ways to fix this and I STILL have not heard anything back... this whole installation process started JULY 18th and IT'S NOW JANUARY 2nd!!!! Every email or call would be the same story, "oh the project manager wants to come out and see for himself" and it would be the same technicians as before. Plus they would say "oh we know we messed up and want to make it right so whenever works for you", but oh no I'm sorry we strictly close at 4pm no one could possibly come out to fix this especially since we've already charged you and got our money. I'm a nurse I can't just leave a shift yet again to hope this is the final fix to my shower door installation that you all supposedly are professionals in. They have not even offered me a discounted price or refund for all of my missed hours at work only to still not have a properly functioning hanging shower door. 10/10 would NOT recommend! The materials are nice and I love how it looks if only it wasn't causing water damage to my floor. If this review doesn't catch their attention I hope it will at least catch the attention of a future consumer so you don't have to go through the same ordeal as me.

Don’t even think about this company for your window/door needs. Can’t get a detailed quote, slow to no response, no follow up, no prioritization, and they don’t care about customer satisfaction.

Wow ! Destin Glass, Parker, Ariel and Fabricators are amazingly talented, courteous and do everything possible to make you 1,000% satisfied.I had a custom hand chipped shelf (7 feet long) made using my own design and specifications. The finished shelf could not have been more perfect.This is not your ordinary glass place.Do not even hesitate to have them produce your project.RickBoca Raton, FL

Destin Glass was fabulous to work with! They installed a new hinge system on our front door which works great & saved the cost of replacing the door. Dustin did the quote & was great to work with. Nicolai was in charge of the project onsite & was polite, friendly & took great care of us! We will definitely do business with Destin Glass again!

Great service from this company! There was a challenge with installing a new door where some old tile had been. During the process one of the old tiles was cracked and Destin Glass installed a new one to make sure the end result was perfect!

Since going under new ownership I am extremely grateful for the quality of work and professional service that we are now receiving. Ariel is such a joy to speak with and extremely helpful and very knowledgeable and has amazing customer service skills. And Jeremy is super amazing. He has excellent communication. As well as extremely knowledgeable and always going above and beyond to insure that everything is took care of. My properties are very demanding and as almost every obstacle that can be in the way. But they never miss a beat on getting things took care of. We truly appreciate Ariel and Jeremy and last bit not least the new owner. Thank you Sir for all you and your team are doing.

I'd give ZERO STARS if I could. Total let down. Unfriendly, over priced, horrible customer service and quality. There are several other glass shops in the area as well as other towns nearby. Strongly suggest you use one of them and stay away from this place. The other reviews speak for themselves with this place.

Waited fore a month and a week for a 8 day delivery. Install of sliding glass door was sub par. Could be I'm missing something maybe delivery of glass to shop was not in there control but got no type of apology or discount and will probably have to reinstall side panel down the road
