“Great place to find sandals! Finding a great selection of sandals is tough and in Florida you need 52 pairs because it’s what you are going to wear most of the year. I love shopping here because I can always find at least a couple pair of sandals at a great price! The staff is always friendly and happy to help!”

“While vacationing in Destin, on April 20th, I popped in as a pair of boots caught my eye in the window. I was greeted by Selena and immediately served with the boots that caught my attention. HUGE kudos to Selena for exceptional customer service! She served with great integrity as another customer wanted the boots I was trying on and tried to encourage her to take them from me. Selena stood firm that it was first come, first serve. Also, shout out to TJ! He was so personable and talked me into buying a second pair of boots for my Nashville trip. I am 47 years old and would normally not shop in the Buckle. Needless to say, customer sure did not disappoint and I will be back!”

“Our experience here was the best customer service I may have ever seen. There was steady traffic In the store as well, besides my family. Arianna helped us at least 3 times as I searched for gifts, shopped for myself, and even hunted down all the dragons in the store for my 11 year old to make her purchase. It was brilliant prior to our leaving the store. However, when we walked to Francesca’s and the girl at the counter didn’t look up from her phone it became even more stellar. Great hiring at this location and training. Arianna was a delight.”
“OMGOODNESS! Milaidy (spelling?) worked tirelessly to suit me up with the perfect fit, sizes and wardrobe picks for any occasion after I’d lost a good deal of weight. They’re having a 50% off sale and I couldn’t have found the items she did bc the store seemed picked over. MILAIDY (sp?) is a ROCK STAR and sent me home with every piece of clothing needed to start over with a classic lasting new closet of clothes that I feel and look great in!!! She worked several hours with me as she served others as well and I left there with sooo many great casual and business pieces - ALL FOR AROUND $400.00!!!!!!! “Łövé always the Clothes and Home goods. The Destin Store racks of women’s clothing definitely could be more organized. A lot of tops and sweaters were off hangers and all over the floor. “Honestly, I haven't been to a store yet where the employees aren't helpful! All the other designer stores could take some training from this one. My daughter walked out with a brand of pants she's never tried and loved. The employees are always patient and ready to let her try on everything until she finds the perfect fit and style.”

I was looking for a white hoodie and I had walked passed them several times without seeing them.
